Case 4 : anytime call Digi help customer, it always say busy please hold, after complaint technical department say line up to date in your area.
Case 5 : Digi management marketing did you think about your current user customer pay high cost per month rm 148.00 get 10G for 30 days, now come out new plan 7G just only rm 28.00 are you marketing it is something wrong. How about high cost user?
Don't tell us due with call out need pay, SMS need pay

I send it twice which cost me RM0 15/SMS but they responded via SMS that the service I have requested is currently busy. Please try again later.

But my question is, you may be busy but why not you hold my request and when you are free then you solve my problem? Why I need to try again and again which is costing me again and again also? Why digi deducting without knowledge of customer?

I was shocked and disappointed to be treated in that way when I was entering and asked about changing my phone postpaid to prepaid due to which I will be leaving Malaysia on this coming 26th October, 2016 on Wednesday. The way she replied to me was not in a proper professional way and I was shocked with her answer which is "nowadays you should know the whole taping had no more Digi center to cut off or change line to prepaid, should go ipoh to settle it not here."

I strongly believe and trust that is not a proper service that Digi provide/train their staff.

I am open here to give a feedback and hope will get respond with a solution to prevent this issue that happens again.

Since beginning of year, I have lodged a complaint on no coverage in SS23/19A Taman Sea. Your technician did called and said new telco towers may be put up in this area as the existing ones are not strong and does not support the area.
Nine months have past and to date there is zero improvement. My question is that Is DIGI going to

Hi, i have a very bad coverage in my area Jalan Maju 1/11, Taman lembah maju, 68000 Ampang, Selangor it's getting worst especially night around 6 pm until 12 am.. Complaint on DIGI coverage. I have received few complaint from Doctors, Patients and Staffs that DIGI coverage is very poor at KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital past few months. Therefore, we need DIGI management to send somebody to check the coverage as soon as possible.

Hello,I need an explanation why does my reload has been deducted till there's nothing left? Hello, good morning. Need help to solve problem ASAP. Since yesterday 'No service' on my simcard. i have called the Digi office at my area to check if I was barred but was advised the line is active and all payment are p to date. I have tried other simcard on my phone and it works. So I don't think so it's my phone. But when I tried my simcard on other phone it doesn't work. Appreciate to help because this is giving me inconvenience. In and out calls are prohibited.

My number is 010-9179743. This morning i reload RM50. and i received an sms from 2901, confirming my new balance is RM53.39. Suddenly, I received an sms from 2901 notifying that my internet cannot be renewed as the balance is not enough. So i checked the balance. Shockingly, the balance is RM15.39. I need your clarification on this.

Hi Digi, i pay 148 monthly and you don't even have a line at my home. Your 24 hours service is shit! I cant even call for help and ask y or get help. Digi you are so useless and helpless.

i just switched from celcom to digi, so i have been asked to waited for 1-3 day until there is no connection then i must replace the current sim with digi sim. so, i have waited and i have been asked to replace the sim and when i replaced the sim i topup it. then i on the mobile data and there is no internet connection. it should have atleast basic internet right? so what is the solution for my problem?

Hi there,
A lady from Digi marketing call p and ask me if I want to change my data plan because my existing data plan will be expire soon and Digi will not offering with this plan. and she briefed me a few plans which I can not recalled the detail but something as 3gig, 7gig and 10gig and I chosen the 3gig plan which cost 48 per month with 100 mins of free call and 100 of free sms respectively. later I received 2 sms one stated my old plan was terminated and the second one stated my new GPRS plan was activated!

and now I am going without 3G (data) which cased me lots of inconveniences! and I try to called back to the number that calling me yesterday and it does connected to call center and.. need to wait for 23 minutes!! I don't have the spare time and I send this email instead. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible!

We are corporate client. We signed for 016-7744708, 016-7133708,016-7774708. we paid 16-1-16 to 15-2-16 bill via MBB amount of rm 203.18 for the 3 bills. We checked with Digi they said system showed one account 0167744708 was overpaid rm 99.30.
however, The 16-2-16 to 15 mar 16 bill shows 16-1-16 bill still outstanding.
