Issue regarding package

We are sitting with an E3 error on the M-Net decoder and there is no response when we call at 021-508 2***. I have no idea what my account number is but my ID is 5210035108182. I have a COMCRYT 4000 I decoder which is giving problems. I was getting one sports channel and one movie channel. However the E4 continuously flashes when I want the sports channel. Movie channel is fine. Also, the volume gradually disappears. This has only become a problem recently.
Do have spare or reconditioned COMCRYPT 4000 decoders available?
