Hello, I am a member of smule I have had a lot of trouble from a woman name Jojo saga witch She as been coming in my songs leaving nasty comments for a long time you frozen go to account because all her friends reported her but you have never frozen her accounts she as lots of accounts she came on my song to night leaving a comment on the 7 Sep I sent you this She is very cleaver she comes on song leave message lets me read it then deleted storm so you don't see it she as not been on my songs for 2 months but now she is starting again I do not lie & I don't want all this rubbish all the time it's getting me sort this woman out down Its not fair thank you.

I signed up For the monthly VIP plan. The last several weeks I have been charged the weekly plan on top of monthly. I can see with other similar comments,i may need to reach out to the Better Business bureau.

I have contacted Apple iTunes 10 times last month by email and your company by email twice in the last 3 weeks to cancel my child's ongoing subscription but I am still being charged for it! She even deleted your app from her iPod as I never approved an ongoing charge to my visa but your company is still charging me! I would like to request a refund for all charges on my visa! I have a amulet subscription and my phone went out when i logged in from my replacement phone it acts as though Smile doesn't acknowledge my karaoke subscription that doesn't expire my old phone was an iPhone 6 + my new phone is an Android however my subscription should still be attached to the same account I'm wondering why it's asking me to purchase a new subscription I shouldn't have to purchase a whole new subscription just because I'm changing brands of phones I've already paid my $40 for the year and I still have some time on my current subscription that I would like to use there should be some way for your system to recognize my account and my already existing subscription once I log into the app itself.

I've paid for my VIP to be renewed they took the money to of my bank account and i still don't have VIP, i didn't pay a week i paid all year and nothing sent emails and no respond.
