Hi that toll free number you have for plex isn't a customer service for plex they don't have a number the lady told me she said they get thousands and thousands of calls about plex they only do the software for manufacture companies..

Attempting to install the Plex application onto my Drobo. Drobo Apps will not highlight to access the plex app. Tried installing it on my dedicated laptop for the server and it won't recognize the Drobo. Can yo assist me with this? I will try mapping it again from the network location to the c drive in the control panel. Do yo know of another way to do this or a work around?

Hi' my bank card has been blocked due to theft. Am in the process of getting a new one but I am in UK at the moment until September 4th.

Yesterday I purchased the plex app for my roku. I am in need of TA to utilize on my system. If that's not feasible, that's OK. I just simply need confirmation of termination of the app & the scheduled fees.

Good morning I paid for Plex last night. I haven't been able to use it. Keeps saying Server not located. I followed all the directions and still was unable to activate. My name is suleman murray, I have windows 7 an sometime I can't find my server an now it keep Frozen up an saying your server is to slow I have Comcast high speed Internet download speed up to 90 mps I am connected through my router plex is the only program. I am having problem streaming.

Once you start paying for plex they will make it impossible for you to cancel your account. I have been trying to cancel for months and they still keep pulling my money out. They are a trap!

To whom it may concern:

I am a paying customer of Plex TV. Everything was working well with Windows 7 and older version of Plex.

The server is unreachable from Roku since the upgrade to windows 10 and latest Plex 9.14.

I tried everything found on the blogs but nothing solves the problem
