I have been using your products from long time and has always liked them. But it is your lighters that I am having an issues with. I usually buy the five packs of bic classic lighters but they don't last very long at all. The last pack I got only lasted me a week and a half before they were all done. If there is anything you can do to fix this problem I would appreciate it and would keep buying your products. Thank you.

My comments similar to bonnie lowe shown below. I don't know how many of the BIC Wite-Out EZcorrect tapes [Made in Mexico - (5121)] I have thrown away. They work for a short time then only clear tape or can't get it to "roll". I tried to take one apart and get the roll started again but no such luck. These things cost a lot and don't work. Even when I worked in an office we were constantly throwing them away. Can I get a coupon for some free ones? Are you working on quality control?

What has happened with your Bic Wite-Ot EZ correct tapes? Made in Mexico. A card of 4x2 cost
over $11, and when I needed them the tapes only move with no white imprinting. I can't afford this
loss. If I send them back how do I know the new ones will work? BIC needs to send me several
cards of The EZ corrects since I have to spend for postage to BIC and do not know whether any tapes will work!
Am really disappointed at this extra cost and inconvenience.

I bought a 5 pack of your classic lighters about 3 weeks ago and every one of them has already ran out of fluid. I've never bought anything other than a Bic in 15+ years and I've never had a problem with any of them until this mishap. I've never had one of your lighters last me less than 3 weeks, usually longer. Yet 5 from the same pack lasted less than 3 weeks combined. Your lighters aren't the cheapest but they're the best unless this starts happening more and I'm not willing to pay the price if they're not going to last longer than the cheap lighters. Hopefully this was a fluke and won't happen again.

My wife likes Bic products but the permanent markers fine point she has now dried out within a day or two. I want her to try another company. she is now very disappointed after this problem came after she took the time to store properly and did everything correctly. I want to return them but on social security money is limited. so I guess we are stuck with them..
