I had the oil changed on my 2015 Corolla at your Watertown, Wi store on 6/10/16. A tire rotation was to be done, however, the technician decided it didn't need it, so it wasn't done. When I called to complain, I was told to bring the car back in, which I didn't have the time to do. Then today, I tried to change the oil myself and the filter cartridge had been screwed in so tightly by the technician that I couldn't get it to loosen. This cartridge is of plastic and can't be forced with respect to damaging it. So I added fresh oil and didn't change the filter. I drove to the Watertown store and talked to the manager (John Coleman) and he said "Oh, we had the same problem with another Toyota and offered no help. I am sorry, this is not acceptable service.
