Please note that my key board letter you button does not seem to be functioning. On September 1, 2016 I clicked on the by now option for Gnbroker item 581100573 which is a Standard Arms Model G 35 Rem. (which I have been the high bidder for 4 consecutive actions), Gn broker accepted my bid and did not end the action. I contacted the seller and they stated that they do not know why this happened.The seller says that they are not able to correct the problem. What is Gnbroker going to do to correct this problem. I am God dammed not happy with I have bid on several Clock weapons, I won one or so one of your site says I won, then there is evidently two separate accounts. I was bidding on item number 554882586 that had a buy now price of $600.00 dollars which I bid understanding that buy now would be horned. I was unable to find how to buy now and everything I read indicated that I would be notified when it reached the buy now price. The item is still on the auction. Please let me know why the buy now was not horned.

I bid on a gun and won. Had problems with Internet but stayed with it till seller was paid through the gun broker system. Prior to payment sent photo copy of FFL but was told not acceptable. Sent one by mail which seller received. Seller had everything requested in allotted time but now has re listed. We had a contract and I want my merchandise. He also wrote a rant on my feedback because with the FFL I sent a letter stating how rude the employee I spoke with and received emails. Seller changed wording the next day on feedback and rated me before transaction was even complete. I feel seller was not satisfied with price he received and would not sell. We had a contract. He must honner. I want my merchandise. What else do I have to do here. I will contact the BBB and what ever necessary. This is not right. Seller has numerous feed backs on his unprofessional attitudes.

Your sure allowed me to register but has never allowed me to gain access.I have tried to reset password but it says invalid zip code,why would you use zip codes for verification?People move or the alternate address I tried to register your site says the email addresses don't match.They most certainly do.I just want to get connected to buy and sell with other enthusiast.Your site could use a shake down and to be updated.Or better customer service. I am having trouble registering. It keeps telling me that my email is invalid, but it is not, it is valid.I get email all the time, I tried my gmail and i started a yahoo email account. It won't work on either. I tried your phone number, it just runs you in circles. I was just trying to buy some items. Is their a email that it works with? Why is this so difficult. Why can't I just talk to someone on the phone? I guess I'll have to shop somewhere else.

you have not given me any information regarding item #779550 - a seller who has failed to send me an item I purchased. I would appreciate a response detailing whether efforts to contact this seller and his response, or if efforts to contact him have not been successful, so that I can move forward to contacting the attorney general's fraud division of the seller's state. Your only response states the issues is closed. What does that mean ? I would hope you can do better than this - it seems you would offer more information and experience based guidance for me on how to handle this issue, otherwise I can't see how anyone would want to continue to use your service if this is how you respond to situations where a seller simply keeps a buyers money and you classify the issue as closed and give no further information to assist the buyer to an outcome that is satisfactory.

Hi, i registered at gunbroker some time ago, never so much as got to bid on anything yet, and now when I've tried to bid, it says I am red flagged. I don't understand how or why I've been red flagged besides its some kind of mistake. I even tried to just open a different account, and that still says i am red flagged too.
