Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology is an Indian engineering institute that was opened in 1998. The motto of this private institute is “catalysing excellence”. It is situated in Ghaziabad that is located at a distance of 30 KM from Indian capital Delhi. The campus is spread in the area of 17.8 acres. This financial institution has an affiliation with the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. Additionally, it is ISO certified and accredited by NBA. There are ten academic departments in the college. As of June 2018, the Chairman of the KIET is Shri MP Jain. More than 2,400 students are studying the college including 2,100 undergraduates and 300 postgraduates. The major academics in this institute are Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science and Information Technology, Master in Computer Application and Masters in Business Administration.

The present society members of this institute are MP Jain, GD Jain, Neeraj Chaudhary, Joginder Pal Singh, Rakesh Goel, Surendra Mittal, Raghvendra Garg, and Atul Garg. The AICTE approves this technical campus. Since its foundation, there is a great number of achievements won by this institute. They are the only institute in Uttar Pradesh to won the UPTU Academic Excellence Award for MBA, B.tech, and B.Pharma.
Additionally, they won the Dialogue India Academic Award for the Best Private Engineering College of State in 2018. The Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology ranked on the 15th position by Times of India all over the country. There is a long list of awards won by this institute over the past decade.
