The company was started in 2008 by Bill Clerico and Rich Aberman when they start providing their services in Boston, Massachusetts. However, the company was acquired by JPMorgan Chase in October 2017 for $220 million.

Need financial help

Victoria Santa Ana says: We have been attempting to get funds transferred since the beginning of November. Each day we see a message that simply says failed. We have been unsuccessful in findng out from Wepay what the problem is and what we need to do to correct it and get the money. This money was collected in GoFundme for burial expenses for my brother John Stetar who passed away in August. Repeated emails to Wepay "support" group have been unanswered or unhelpful.
My brother's family needs to get these funds. What can we do?

I have been trying to change my bank account information so the money that was donated to me can go to the right bank account. I can't find anywhere where I can do that. I am getting frustrated at this and I need the money going to the right account.

My wife deposited a check issued by your company. It is not clearing due to insufficient funds on your end, now she had acquired a massive negative balance in her account. This needs to be get resolved as soon as possible.

I started a go fund me account and for over a year have been unable to withdraw because my phone number has changed. I am getting really sick for not having a contact number so that I can get a hold of go fund me or wepay. I am beyond upset and want my actual contact phone number now.

hello, my account keeps closing on go fund me. they advised that yo no longer take donations for my account. the fundraiser id for a Arab festival organization most of the downers are family and friends. the organization is doing a pageant and each contestant must raise money for them and it is on Aug 15. I'm following all directions like all the other contests but it seem as if only my account is being closed and all the other constants are fine. please help me.

I do not have a social security number but I do have an individual taxpayer identification number that I used to open my bank account and get my credit. I raised some money on gofundme and now I am trying to with draw but they say I can't without a social security number. My ITIN has been used many times to verify who I am many many times.
