This is Conley Ross with phone number 3472799***. I still can't do international calls to Canada or anywhere from my phone as it just keeps asking for account number and since last month it has been doing the same thing. You said you will let me renew my $19.00 a month plan and you will fix the problem and give me a credit this month. It is still the same you made me renew my plan again. Problem is not solved as I still can't make any calls to Canada and sometimes to Florida.
I will not renew my plan again if this problem is not solved or I get a month credit. It has been three months now no international calls I guess because I keep renewing the plan and you don't bother to fix the problem. You are becoming a sucker who don't bother. You are nothing but a thief and money grabber. I guess I have to move my business else where if you don't address this problem immediately.

I'm interested in ultra mobile but I was wondering what cell towers you work from so I can understand where I'm covered through out America and also was wondering if I were to only use my card for one month then use it again next year if it would still work?

Just a new Verizon smart phone which is unlocked and when I inserted my Sim card it was working perfect but to my surprise I was unable to dial 611 neither able to check my voice mail. I've not been able to setup my voice mail I even call Verizon wireless customer service but they told me to contact my carrier. I will be glad for your quick response.

I have been calling you for two days to recharge or make monthly payment but you don't answer my call. I believe you are trying to force me. I will never enroll in it. If yo want i can switch to any provider easily. You charge my number without my permission that makes me take excessive care about you.

I tried to make a purchase of the 39 dollars monthly recharge which my account was not able to allow transaction and I was asked by ultra mobile to try again, and so I decided to buy the 20 dollars international call credit and I got the debit alert on my account and it was successful.

Now the issue is my account was still later debited with 39 dollars again, of which I didn't order for it. In that regard, I request that you refund my money to my account and cancel the transaction of the same amount on my mobile.

Hi, i am caner celik ,i have an issue with your system which is two days ago i made wrong transaction 6 times cause of internet i got error from browser page, thats why i tried 6 times then all transactions activated when realized that i called customer service and requested to cancel my 5 transactions but they did not give my money back till, i will live couple days later from USA , I NEED HELP IMMANENTLY !!!

I wanna know why Ultra mobile choose to steal my money by charging me double every month on my debit? I call and make the report, it's like they don't care.
