Trojan is an American brand who sell condoms & sexual lubricants all over the world. The company is owned by Church & Dwight Company, which is manufacturing company based in Ewing, New Jersey. The Trojan condoms was launched in 1916 & attain so much popularity globally. In the United States, almost 70% of the condoms are sold by the Trojan brand. At the time of foundation, it was owned by the Fay and Youngs who sold it to Youngs Drug Products in 1919. They further sold it to Carter-Wallace in 1985. The present owner of the company Church & Dwight brought it in 2001. The slogan of the company is “Trojan, Pleasure you want, Protection You Trust”. The idea behind the Trojan condoms was Merle Leland Youngs. For more than 100 years, it is America’s number of condoms.
They are made up of premium quality latex that minimizes the risk of pregnancy & STD-related diseases. All their products are tested electronically to make sure reliability. There are more than 30 varieties of condoms sell by the company.

I am sexually active 42 years old woman who has used your products off and on for awhile. There have been several times and most recently three times in a row where your product of different types to include magnum has slipped off and/or broken.
With this occurrence, I have had to take the morning after pill for precaution on more than one occasion. This is not something my body can handle and it isn't cheap either. Your product is to be trusted as a means to not get pregnant or catch STDs and as of now I have been exposed to both. Repeatedly because your product failed miserably.

Not sure what you can do to fix it but reimbursement of the morning after pill at 50 dollars a pop would be a start.

I tried to return both boxes and the store refused to do so. I only used one of each and lost all the money I spent. I tried calling customer service waited too long but never got any answer.

I would like to add before I go any further that I was a customer for your magnum condom line myself before I saw this ad. This isn't a case of myself feeling inferior or getting "butt hurt" but instead myself and many others like myself tired of seeing this stereotype. The ad was unfunny by istelf (your YouTube video only has just over 200 likes) and the stereotype really just pushed it into the offensive territory. You are alienating what is most likely your largest market, and doing it in a very uncreative way. I don't know what kind of conversation your advertising team must had to think that insulting a large portion of your market.

My wife and I bought Trojan Lubricant in a purple bottle. It cost $14. The bottle stated arouses and intensifies. It said nothing about warming. We didn't like the warming affect. It was a waste of money. Please send a coupon for something that doesn't warm.

Since this box of condoms is a Trojan pleasure pack containing three different styles. I have two condoms left in the packages that have different expiration dates and lot numbers from the box. The ultra ribbed condom expires March of 2018. The lot number is TT 3073TZ1510. The sensations condom expires April of 2016 and the lot number is TT3097BZ704. The twisted condom was used.

I would really like the manufacturing date, as I am trying to determine when this box of condoms was purchased. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 36 count box of Trojan Ultra Thin condoms. They didn’t specify the size but they are way too small and I was not able to use them. Is there any way for me to get a refund on this as it cost +$30. I had always used (last 5 years) the variety pack which fit well. Yesterday I bought a 3 pack of ultra thin condoms for almost 5 dollars and all three broke within like 10 minutes so I go buy a bigger size, the magnum thins and all three of those broke within like 15 minutes, so that's like 10 dollars on supposedly the best condom brand and they all break on me. I bought a box of condoms a sensitivity pack and the thin sensitivity condoms were expired with and expiration date of 03/2016 and i bought them in 07/2016 and there is also the green kind that had an expiration date of 03/2016 but the ultra thin has an expiration date of 09/2019 so I'm not sure how I got a box of half expired and half unexpired and I bought them from Walmart in Aberdeen Maryland 21001..

Hi! So today I bought a box of Trojan grooves, and was really excited to get them home and use them! I have used many types and my favorite including the fire and ice. Just thought me and my husband would mix it up a little. As soon as we started getting along, the first one broke. Not a big deal we had plenty more. Within the hour three of your condoms had broken on s and it killed the mood. We have never had a problem with any of your other styles, but these ones have made me very angry. They did not do their job, or hold p their end of the deal. Like I did we have never had a problem with any other styles, but we couldn't even finish with these ones. it was highly frustrating.

I have an issue with infidelity and need your help to determine if the condoms that were replaced came from the original sleeve that I have. The markings are different and the disclosures on on the back do not line up and appear clearly to me that they did not come from the sleeve that she said she tore them off from .I'm sure this may be an odd request but hoping your customer service is high level to this sensitive request. I have the two pictures if the front and back of these two sleeves of condoms and would like your feedback to let me know if these two could have come off the same exact sleeve. I would like to send pics of the front/ back to you.

I went to the local grocery with anticipation of the weekend, the wife and I had some big plans upcoming so we thought we should stock up.
Let me start by saying that we've used the same condom and bearskin style on several occasions with solid results and positive feedback. That being said they had a pack of 32 or 36 for $19.99 so we opted for that route Thursday afternoon.

Thursday night came and we reached to the drawer for our old trusty Trojan. Shortly there after it broke. Shit happens, we got another from the box.10 minutes later, it broke too. We used 7 condoms that night. every single one of them broke. We went back the following day and bought a 3 packs, Trojan bare skin. no issues.
Tonight we grabbed another from the large box, and ended up breaking 2 of them before we went to bed.

We've not been any more rough than any other times, but something has to give. Perhaps it's a bad batch, I'm not sure. Nevertheless, we would really appreciate it if it were made right, by one of the following ways:

I tried your trojan extended pleasures condom. and it caused me to go soft and lose my election after 15 minuets and losing all feeling down there. It took 30 minutes to be able to feel my manhood again and it was an unpleasant time for me. I think there should be a warning label stating that it can numb you and make you go soft. We love the naturalamb condoms and buy them frequently. Sometimes we get a box that is short one condom, once we get a box that was supposed to have 3 condoms but there was 4 total. Normally we shrug it off. But recently we bought two sets of 6 boxes (12 boxes total) each that is supposed to contain 3 condoms in each box, hoping they will last a little bit. So far three of the boxes we opened only have 2 condoms in there. These are expensive condoms already. Is there any way we can remedy this issue?

We were in the middle of intercourse, and thank god I was paying attention because the condom broke and I blasted through the reservoir. I recently bought a 10 pack of condoms. When I went to use them, I noticed that all but two had tears in the packaging, so I tested one of them and there was a hole in it. I discarded the whole box and will not be using Trojan again. I just wanted to make you aware of the potential problem this could have caused so that it can be avoided for anyone else in the future.

I recently purchased the magnum gold pack because my wife can't get pregnant yet since she is too sick to handle pregnancy at the moment. After using said condom it turned out to be too small as it had left bruising on my penis. Do you guys happen to have a condom that comes in a larger size? I have been using the magnum thin and the bare skin and have broken at least 4 out of every 10 that I have used. I have tried other styles and find them to tight to use that's why I use the magnums.

Good afternoon. I recently went to Wal-Mart and bought a Trojan Pleasure Pack. Once I got home my husband and i opened the pack and found there was only 4 of the 12 condoms inside. There was only the 4 purple ones that were still intact. I Do not feel comfortable to go back to Wal-mart and complain. I don't know if you guys have a better way to package these items? I thought the pack was sealed it had the plastic film all around it. I am not sure what happen at all. To me it didnt look like anything was messed with while I was in the store. I recently purchased and used Trojan Ultra with spermicide condoms and had a couple horrible experiences. After intercourse I have a severe burning sensation in my urethra. Most recently it last well into the following day when I urinate. I have used other Trojan brand condoms with no issues. Upon further investigation it seems many other users have similar experiences with these condoms. I do enjoy and have no issues with your Bareskin line.

My partner and I recently tried the Trojan Charged. Unfortunately neither one of us felt anything. I had read good reviews about this product after the fact. I was disappointed in that neither one of us felt a warming sensation or anything to intensify and "charge" our experience.
Maybe this box was defected?
