Trouble with machine

My name is Kelvis Rainwater. I had blow in my machine on 11-20-16, its violating me and then it lock me out about a few minutes, then I blow again and pass. Something was wrong with the machine but it is working fine now. But can you note this plesse. I call my center were I got the machine in Dallas, Texas off of Quebec st. They told me to do this and leave a note on website.

This is a report on getting my car fixed. Smart Start cannot get to my car before this Friday at 1 pm.
So the completion date will be moved back till some time late next week.

I had my car installed of IID at Smart Start in Santa Clarita, California on 6/22/2016, and I wanted to tell you there was a problem.
After installing the device, I felt a very bad burning smell in my car while I was driving. The smell was getting worse and worse. And it was very weird because I couldn't speed up. I had to stop my car after I drove 7 miles. I called the company, and technician Armando came to check my car. After checking my car, he told me the brake kept ON and he didn't know about that. It was the fault that he made while he was installing the device. I think it was very dangerous and it brought a damage on my car. They were nice people and taught me kindly how to use the device, but I didn't like their mistake. Please let me know what
your company can do for it.

I am not able to get the vehicle to start. Parts will be delivered the 15th.
I will bring the invoice to the station.
I hope this will be good to offset some of the costs(lock fees).

My device has been saying device error. Just so happens I told my ex-boyfriend to leave. I went next door came back he left and my device was messed up since 8:00 pm on the dot. I asked him about it and he said I wonder why 38th a sarcastic tone. I broke up because I can't trust him. He wouldn't even give me my keys to my apartment. So that ought to tell you a lot it does me. So I have to wait till tomorrow till you open and I didn't do anything but charge it. I hope I don't have to make a complaint on the blog. I have called several times to get this rectified with no success. His name is Lanny Gray. Works at Pages and lives in Rising Star. Mar.3 2016 right before court but I have a Dr's excuse my disability whole spine was excruciating and I could not make it if I had a ride.
