Query about passes

marisol alicea says: When I bought the season pass, the website said fright fest was included in all parks. I bought 4 passes and send them twice only to my children who wanted to go to the six flags in New Jersy. My daughter said they told her it was valid only in New England. Why is this?

Hello good afternoon,
I am Angela Cabrera. I had a bad experience at Six Flags, America because for an accident I took out my husband's card and they scanned it and then when I explained what had happened they erased. I don't know may be they don't undertstood my english. My húsband is really mad because he wasted his money for nothing. He had to stay in the car in this hot day, it doesn't make sense they said that he had to buy a new card, he only uses his card to get food because he doesn't really get in the games its only my kids. You guys have to understand that why would I need to use my husband's card if I have my own card and if you guys can't solve my problem then you guys can give me the principal office phone number. By the way if you ask for my husband card he was really mad that he broke it and throw it in the trash so you would need to give him a new one and he won't pay.(Yoú can contact me at 240-533-1***)
