Rodrigo Duterte

Rodrigo is 73 years old Philippine politician and current President of the Philippines. He was born on 28th March, 1945 in Maasin, Philippines to Vicente G. Duterte and Soledad Duterte. His father was engaged in politics and served as provincial governor of Davao province whereas mother was a school teacher also serving as a civic leader. He completed his education from Laboon Elementary School, Santa Ana Elementary School and later moved to Lyceum of the Philippines getting his degree in Bachelor of Arts. He also did law degree from San Beda College of Law and then made his mind to go for politics by running for mayor position in 1988. He got re-elected for the same post twice for almost subsequent decades. He also served as vice mayor in 2010 and was well known for his harsh crime-fighting tactics finally resulting for claim of more than 1,000 extrajudicial killings by death squads. He openly supported his methods for “war on drugs” and their results.
Roman Catholic and Human Rights organizations were officially against such bloodshed but he gave his consent on corruption and child abuse matter by the church. Even western governments put forth their views that were negotiated by Duterte as matter of double talk and he moved in to strengthen the ties with China and Russia for arms deal. He strengthened his martial law covering the whole island to safe out the people from the attack of Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS).

Few months before, he had a slim chance of even remaining in the tight presidential race but economic dissatisfaction, rising crime rates and popular frustration catapulted his fringe candidacy to victory. His work has given the country the world’s fastest growth rates. He as a mayor of Davao City took a tough stance on crime and has turned the wayward municipality into one of the nation’s safest cities. In end, we can say Duterte is a realist in the realm of foreign policy and also made an outstanding contribution to turn over the image of country by making a stock market hit with nine months high.

What is his image in public?

People mostly call him by his nicknames “protector” or “saviour” in his hometown but the popularity not just stops here. He was compared with Donald Trump for his working rhetoric style and again offered the title of “man of the people” on his presidential win in 2016. His image also received criticism from world platform for his stance against Human Rights. Aside from this, he summed up his practices as a measure of his success in war against drugs.

He is also having a daughter from Avancena named Veronica Duterte.

His awards

He received the Knight Grand Cross of Rizal for his work in politics.

Please my son and I need your help. We are victims of electronic harassment and gang stalking. We are presently living in Japan. My son is Japanese, I am divorced and living with my son.
But Mr. President, that help from the government and also my perseverance, time and effort raise my child as a mother will be a waste if I don't protect him or us from our perpetrators or any destroyer of human that uses electronic harassment and gang stalking. Ruining our mind by controlling it and fills it of depression and anxiety. I have made many researches, looking for someone or groups who has the same situation like us. I am glad to found the group of the Targeted Individual or TI who like us being mind controlled, mind tortured, and more sorts of attacking. I also see clearly and understand our situation when I found Stopeg in Facebook also found out that even here in Japan there are many victims of electronic harassment and gang stalking, and are being mind torture everyday and night continually, not only adult but also innocent children.

Manny Abuan says: Hello sir,
I am introducing myself to you. I am a retired Senior Chief Boiler Technician, Surface Warfare Specialist from United States Navy and a retired High School teacher teaching Naval Science to High School students throughout the United States of America. My background in public speaking is I was the director of the U.S. Navy Instructor School that certifies all U.S Navy Instructors before they can teach. The formula for outstanding public speaking is VEGA which means Voice, Eye Contact, Gesture, Attitude. In other words you have to articulate which means that you have to speak slowly and clearly syllabicating each letter observing proper accentuation. I have observed almost all your speaking engagement and you are deviating from your prepared format which leads to longer and unplanned statements that you are trying to convey. Sir, to avoid all this I respectfully request to use proper VEGA and please strictly follow your prepared format and you have to articulate clearly and complete your sentences and words so you have an outstanding follow through like when you are playing tennis complete your swing effect.

I am wondering if you know that are Philippines Embassy here in Perth and is still closed since May 2016. When will the embassy open? I can be the consular and open the embassy. I believe previous consular Gerry got sick suddenly. Your staff in Canberra are incompetent and rude, there is not even service for answering the phones. Their Australian English pronunciation is also poor. I believe you need to employ new staff all over Australia. Who adhere to Australian standards?

Hello sir,
I am so worried when I read from the news you got fainted. As the president the Philippines only admire and now I also when I have seen your great performance and felt your love for your country I started liking and admiring you and always pray for your good health and wishing all your projects and programs to be successful which are implemented in our country unlike those previous administration full of corruption. I am now in Singapore working as domestic helper. I came here and work to earn money to buy even small piece of land to built my home for my family. My family is very poor and we don't have our own land to build our own house and mostly the owners of the land were my parent house built in always say we are in waters and they going to chase out in land that is one reason why I decided to work as domestic helper in Singapore and also earn money for my daughter's schooling. Our lives in Philippines was really very hard but when I see your hardwork I see great hope in life of filipinos will be changed and will be no more corrupt, no more abusing of powers, all filipinos are equal poor.

Complaint about an issue of spam calls

Posted on Nov 29, 2016 at 12:02 PM

Concerned Citizen of Cainta says: Hello President Duterte,
I would like to report what Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) does nowadays. Well, they have been doing it ever since actually. I have reported this to the NTC before. Then PLDT stopped for a while then nowadays is back to their spam calls. Here is the scenario, my family and I are busy doing important matters at home, and they call us, always asking for my mother to talk with them as she is our subscriber. Then they begin to offer all sorts of products they have. I have kept telling them in the past to remove us from their to-call list as we are not interested to make our PLDT bills any higher as my parents have already retired and are too old to have too many other expenses. But almost every day, they still call us even when we hang up right away. The next day they will call again and say the same things, like, may we talk to your mother, because we have a new product. We hope this kind of spamming will be eliminated totally from PLDT.

Issue regarding garbage collection

Posted on Nov 25, 2016 at 08:59 AM

Concerned Citizen of Cainta says: Hello President Duterte,
Thank you for taking care of the Philippines in the best way you could. I just have a concern about our village, Park Place Executive Village in Cainta. The garbage collector in our place used to come every Wednesday but nowadays, the day is not fixed in terms of their garbage collection in our area. Sometimes they would collect on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays and the time slot is varied too.
We have a great difficulty when to bring out our trash as the cats and dogs around usually open our garbage bags and scatter our trash all around, so it is an eye sore always.
I believe Cainta Municipality should specify a day and time, and be consistent so we know when we should bring out our garbage for them to collect. Often times, because of this situation, we would just wait for their honking of their horn before we bring out our trash. Good luck to us if we are not inside our house and we are outside. I pray that at least they will collect our garbage three times a week and on a regular time of the day.

Cagayan de oro city- Five policemen were arrested here on Tuesday for alleged kidnapping of a resident here last month, Enrique Fernandez III, who is still missing from one month since October 23.

The footage revealed the victim was mauled first by the law enforcers on the street and inside the van where he was transported elsewhere. His motorcycle was also taken.

The alleged kidnappers were identified by a witness and by police officials who saw the CCTV footage.

Barbaso said the suspects will be facing kidnapping and carnapping charges.

Although the family was glad that the suspects were arrested, Barbaso said the Fernandez's were hoping that the victim is still alive.

At press time, the suspects refused to grant interviews with the media to confirm or deny the accusation against them.

Jean Fernandez says: Cagayan de oro city- Enrique Fernandez III kidnapping. We need your help President. The contact number is 0975-1124***.

Lawyer Hans Barbaso, NBI assistant regional director, said they will be digging deeper into the alleged act perpetrated by the police officers and check if they were acting on their own or if they were part of a syndicate.

The agency, Barbaso said, will also probe if the suspects were involved in illegal drugs. The policemen were arrested by NBI agents at the Philippine National Police regional headquarters at Camp Vicente Alagar, Barangay (village) Lapasan here last Tuesday.

He said it appeared that the policemen were not aware of the presence of the arresting agents. Barbaso said the suspects did not resist arrest but requested the NBI operatives not to handcuff them. During a press conference on Tuesday evening, Barbaso showed the media the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage taken outside the establishment in Barangay Balulang where Fernandez was abducted.
The footage revealed the victim was mauled first by the law enforcers on the street and inside the van.

Making a complaint

Posted on Nov 22, 2016 at 05:17 AM

Paul Murdoch says: Dear Mr. President,
This is a formal complaint of corrupt processes in properties purchased from Taft Property Group. My wife is from Toledo, Cebu so we wanted something close to her family and friends. We purchased 2 units in Horizons 101, Tower 2 in March of 2014. We were told these studios would be an ideal investment and were promised a definite turnover by 2016. We had concerns of it settled by then as it was for investment again. We were told it would at no stage did we ever receive a copy of the signed contracts? We had sent back nor did we ever received receipts of payment, updates or contact until July of this year 2016. We worked very hard saving for this investment. We had no idea that we would be misled and lied to along this process. We received no further contact from them but continued all payments until finally questioning what had happened with our units. We have now been told they won’t settle and turnover till 2019. We were never told anything until asking questions. The whole process has been unethical, misleading and completely misrepresented by the company and their staff.

Informing on major issues regarding property

Posted on Oct 23, 2016 at 03:22 AM

Elsa Gamban Baker says: To the Honorable President of the Philippines,

I am truly saddened because we all have to go through you just to get the issues resolved. I am not sure if you are aware of what has been going on with purchasing properties in the Philippines.
We purchased a lot back in 2011, paid all of them in full within a year. We surely had tough times getting the title release on all of these properties. 3 out of 4 lots, title had been finally released just a few months ago. We just recently received a letter from Security Bank Corp situated in Makati City stating that all the rights we have on this 4th lot are now governed by the said bank due to the loan that Arveemar Developer has made against the property.

Why are these developers stealing people's money by using property title as collateral when they take out a loan inspite of the fact that the property has been fully satisfied, payment wise.

I earnestly hoped that this message will get to you.

I would like to congratulate you on your efforts to rid your country off the criminal drug elements and corruption at all levels of Philippine society. I also like where you are trying to make the Philippines more independent and not subservient to anyone.
I will be returning for a few months in the winter to check on our house, see my pets and basically enjoy Baguio. If you come up to the summer capital, I would be honored if you would contact me and we can have a couple of beers and shots. I think it would be eye opening to see how a typical American thinks not like our completely messed up at present political situation.
Keep up the good work.

I pray that every day God will keep you safe for your job now. I just want to report a FX driver to Ayala. His plate number is TXZ 213. He and his companion drivers are using a radio, conversing about lewd topics even if we, the passengers can hear them. There was even one instance that he almost hit another car or person, due to his attention to his conversation on the radio. Is this legal, Mr. President? Can FX drivers really use the radio, and are they allowed to discuss obscene things while their passengers can hear them? They even use a coded language that are still obviously lewd no matter how much they try to make it sound “harmless”. I hope a law can be passed to stop these drivers from using a radio which is similar to cell phones. They must be courteous as drivers and must only play soothing music for their passengers. Our lives are already too stressful for them to add to that. I am really looking for your help on this Mr. President, as I am a frequent FX rider. Thank you so much, sir.

Analyn says: Can anyone in Bulacan Government help our dying child?

Our relative Mark Dave Paulino was the victim of a hit and run motorcycle accident on October 9th at approx 11 p.m. The driver of the moto was severely injured and died. The accident was in Paseo San Roque. Some good Samaritan bystanders transported our Mark towards the Public Hospital in Malolos but detoured into ACE because on the way to the Public Hospital he lost consciousness and they feared that he was dying or dead.

The Doctor said that Mark needs an emergency operation but they will not operate until we pay them the money. We are poor and cannot afford such an expensive hospital. We must get care in the Public Hospital but ACE will not discharge our Mark to go to the Public Hospital or operate on him because we cannot pay the bill. We are distraught and afraid that Mark will die because he is in limbo at ACE.

If he dies who is at fault? Its us because we are poor or its ACE because they value money over human life. Only ACE can answer that question.

DILSHAD SINGH says: Hon'able Mr.President,

You are fighting a planet scourge, if you were to win, it will set an universal example. Unfortunately some powers do not like the idea, Phillipines would undergo a heavenly overhaul, crime would plummet, there will be little or no easy money, so would corruption, wasteful social expenditure will slowly vanish, able bodied young men and women would work much harder, religious exploitation will wither, people will no longer have to pray for their well being and because religious condonations for sins will not be sought/promised so people will be less cruel especially to birds/animals, to reward for which nature would be benevolent to the island, inter-alia health/sex tourism would get a boost, all over there will be beautiful trustworthy people.
You are only 100 days in the incumbancy. If it had been 3 years a referendum under UN observation may have been the answer. I suggest please get the available retail drug contaminated with some delayed action formula.

President Duterte, I would like to report that governor maranon of negros island region is still a drug protector until now he is sending shab in the town of kabankalan, candoni and bantayan. Please send some men to watch him. The drug lord is his nephew. The LG here in binalbagan is still exercising corruption inspite of your warning to them. If incase they are terminated, I am offering myself to take care here temporarily only.

I am not a hypocrite like many others here, and what the president of the Philippines should do is to resign as soon as possible. He is a way beyond insanity. If the filipinos is a freak from hell and he has to go back to hell or get all his children and grandchildren being addicted then lets see how he talks?

P.S.: I lost family because of those criminals, but your attitude to kill them all is insane and simply against what normal and intelligent people stands for. Duterte lives in a dreamworld and you are a criminal itself.

Greetings your excellency,

I am bringing this report to your concern hoping that there will be better changes within the issue of corruption. Here in Lapu Lapu city, the LLC division is conducting a 3 day first aid training to all teachers. They are required to sign in order to justify the php 500 registration taken from each school. So if a school has 100 teachers then multiply with 500 that would be 50000. The mystery is that the company is partnering with Red Cross and so I can't believe that they are going to give honorarium to Red Cross 50000 for the 3 day seminar. Is Red Cross that expensive? 50000 for a school's facility matters so much.

Thank you and hope we can do something to make our country a better place to live.

To whom it may concern,

Maybe this time with the new administration you will take notice of this message. Please this is concern message for our Kabayans.

Please stop sending manpower here in Saudi Arabia. There are many contract breaches here. As per the news, their economic status is not doing well, they are deducting salaries and even not giving salaries anymore with prior consulting their employers may it be private or government offices.

The reason I wrote this letter is to stop/refrain our Kabayans to be abused because from the philippines they will sign a contract that salary is higher and then upon arrival here. They will make another contact again for you to sign, in which the salary offer from Philippines is way much lower. They are even cutting allowance and benefits.

Please make an action to this matter and stop accepting job offers from Saudi Arabia otherwise more Filipinos will suffer here.

Please have a concern on your fellow Filipinos as this is a serious matter.

Thank you.

Mr. Duterte, would you kill drunks as well?

All my big mistakes, I have made in the past are because of alcohol. Alcohol is responsible for over 90 percent of the crime on the Philippines and the world.

So my question is to stop crime, would you kill drunks? By killing drug users it won't affect the crime rate at all considering its alcohol not drugs that play the biggest role in the majority of crimes.

Dear President Duterte,

I know you are criticised by the international community for your policies. I know Obama has tried to assert his opinions toward you. He tried that with Putin and you see how well that is working for him. I am an American with a Filipina fiancee. I do not wish to see this weak president cause any trouble with you. He would be the type to try to stop us from visiting your beautiful country. Please don't let him anger you for he is gone after this year. Its easy to criticize someone but hard to walk a mile in his shoes. Before anyone complains of your policies, they should be faced with the task that you are laboring with. Obama has a history of working his mouth, community organizer, but not his hands. He has single handedly made the USA the laughing stock of the world as he struts around thinking he can boss other leaders. I didn't vote for him and my fiancee voted for you. At least you can say you read about two intelligent people today. I think you are doing a good job and no apology is necessary.

Mr. President,
This is the first time, I did something like this. First I want to commend you for doing an awesome job in fighting drugs. My concern really is not about drugs, it is actually about the approval of divorce in the country. I know there will be a lot of issues regarding that, specially in terms of religious matters. As someone who grew up in a very religious family, I understand the sacredness of marriage and I respect that. But I really hope the government considers cases like I have a broken marriage because of a valid reason (e.g. physical abuse, psychological instability). Gabriela has been trying to fight for this reason, and Mr. President you are a very considerate and open-minded person. I really have high hopes in you regarding this matter. Thank you so much. God bless you. God bless our country.

To the honorable President of the Philippines Mr. Duterte, I am an Indonesian citizen, who is being travelling to the Philippines. I was very surprised because a lot of my friend from Macau, China, Taiwan and Korea can work here in Philippines just using the visitors visa. They work in the vip junket located inside solaire and city of dreams Manila. The junket name is Suncity . This company is using illegal workers because visitors visa no need to pay for tax. Its really unfair. I hope your government will do investigation and sue this company from the Philippines. Illegal workers and illegal company. I hope event that give you and government a lot of money will not be received. I know those people is very clever. Take your police to check them without prior notice, so they can't hide and you can catch those illegal workers and Suncity company.

I honestly believe it is very unfair immigration laws to charge again as after all the hassle and the cost we had to go through to achieve the probationary resident identification card. Please do something to stop this unfair airport departure fee. The whole world is going through a resection and not every one coming from other country has a money tree in the back yard.

Dear Sir,

I have been on your country 3 times including the last 2 months and observed many eye opening things. I can comment on including starvation and poor nutrition. I am really here however to help you create change but how can I do so if you don't know about my work?

I have created excellent results in rice farming by doubling the yield with some trials (Also with many other crops).

I produced an organic product not only creating with much higher yield but also a more nutritious food to feed the people.

So, I can help you reduce the cost of rice significantly and have a healthier nation of people. My issue is it has taken me 3 years so far and still I can not distribute my product due to government protocol. I am waiting for my license to sell as got issued.

I would like to suggest I suspect a lot of corruption exists and thats why its being delayed considerably.
Please make contact with me and lets end the delays and get the people happily healthy and well feed.

Kind Regards,

You read the news at the newspaper this evening, and why am I shocked? Why did people vote for having a killer as there President. Why do we repeat the situation from the second world war again. Where is the altrism? Where is the wanting to understand people problems, people believes, posting them all on the same table, letting them live there one live, and at the same time make them tearing on the same string for building a better future. Legalize the drugs and the drugmafia is gone.
I wish you to make a reflexion and change for the good.

So try or get rid of our special forces at your own peril!

I think you have bigger fish to fry than ab Sayyaf especially when rogue China is into expanding on Philippines property.

No Getting rid of any if our American military presence that your former administration agreed to is not a good idea or in the Philippines best interest moving forward .

Remember the United States is your ally not your enemy don't forget that!

Also insulting Obama when you need help is not the smartest thing you've done. I hope you don't continue to bite the hand that protects the Philippines.

Dear Mr. President,
Allow me first on your very successful war on crime particularly the war on illegal drugs. I would like to ask you how about gambling? It is also a vice, that if gone unnoticed could also destroy a family, another impending menace to society. Like the addiction to illegal drugs, it can also cloud the mind of a person, doing everything (by hook or by crook) just to quench his/her thirst. Can you please establish program/s for this old habit? My father is on of its victims. He's been gambling for about 5 decades now. At his golden age of 80, he is still our family's main problem. My mother already died a few years back, shielding us from him. We continue to give him basic necessities: food, shelter, clothing, but still, he ends up selling them, whatever he can, even his med just to gamble His retirement monthly pension via ATM is even some loanshark's safekeeping, withdrawing it's contents monthly until he is fully paid. He is even spreading rumors around that we siblings are not supporting him, which is exactly the opposite.

Excessively Taxed due to Erroneous Tax Assessment, Lot No. 3122 Sinacanban, Mis.
Sir,
I need help for a re-survey of my 1.5 plus agricultural land that has been assessed amazingly for 8.5896 million since 2009. This 1.5 plus hectare agricultural land is located in barangay Sinacaban, Miamis Occidental, some 7 kilometers from coastal area. Following the tree planting campaign by DENR, the land has been converted from coconut tree farm to tree farm since 1998 (presently estimated to have 1,800 mahogany and mangium trees). But based on latest assessment record by Municipal Assessors it has recorded to have 66 coconut trees (despite having been cut), 2000 trees (Others, Mangium), 1500 mahogany trees. I have assumed that the trees of adjacent lots (which are tree farms and coconut farms) must have been mistakenly included in the count. I have been requesting for re-assessment for Fair Market Value but denied by the Municipal Assessors Office instead I have been given notice to pay my tax amounting now to P163,611 (since 2009). I have refused payment of this tax pointing the error.

To our Beloved President Rodrigo Duterte,

Sir,

Good day!

My name is Brenda S. Ponteres and I reside at Lajog, Clarin, Bohol . I am a small entrepreneur in one of our town in province of Bohol.

Hi Mr. President, Sir I am writing you to ask for your assistance and help. I am a small scale family owned business that produce home based cold pressed virgin coconut oil in Bohol, Philippines since 2013.

As the demand for the vco is increasing, I want to expand our market. Our province has a huge of organically grown coconuts in Bohol, and there is small VCO factory in the area and the nuts supplies are abundant which makes the business very feasible. I read in newspaper, The Philippine Coconut Authority encourages entrepreneurs the demands all over the world is used by many people. Our mission is to help my fellow women to get a job of their own. We wish to see a world in which women are free to work, to be rewarded equitably, to organised themselves and represent their own needs, to work free from harassment and oppression, to attain a balance between work and family life,.

Dear Mr. President,

I would like to ask help concerning the house lot that we have bought in a certain subdivision (Aston fields) at barangay tulle calamba Laguna.

The developer of these subdivision is felines.

We have fully paid the full amount but we cannot get the land title. My wife, including me has made several follow up’s. I remember last year our first follow up they say it only takes a month to 3 months to release. We have made a second follow up last June 2016 and these time I made a written complaint. Since I am now back in abroad only my wife made a follow up. The worst information they give is that they will only give the title for another year. These is really not acceptable, we have been paying that fraction of a land for a total of 5 years after the payment it will take several years before we own or even use to take a loan in order to support the schooling of our children.

We have purposefully invested the money in these type and carefully selected this developer so that in times of our financial difficultly it can support.

Mandatory drug testing to all for a hard drug is the only solution and it will bite and minimize even eliminate entirely the drug problem.
Effort you have done does deserve praise many times in many country similar thing is done we have many heroic tree stories and real big catch happened.
It is still isolated things and have temporarily win every one tested nobody can escape will result in nobody is seeing it so nobody will by it.
Mandatory drug testing for hard drugs to all is only solution. All other solutions is tried
Once problem gone we will save big money in law enforcement cat and mouse game save on human cost save on rehabilitation cost.
Drug is in the root of every crime

I’m Josephine Guinang, from Cebu City. I would like to ask favor for the development of Renal Center of Vicente Sotto Medical Center. I think there are more or less 30 dialysis machines in Vicente Sotto but lately, only 8 machines is being used due to low supply of water. Other machines is well-function, problem is only the water supply. Just want to ask help for the repair or the creation of new piping lines for the supply of water if possible the earlier the better because it can really affect the status of the patients. By the way my brother is one of the patients. There are 5 sessions from Monday to Saturday being served by Renal Center. As of now considering there are only 8 machines, the flow of treatment is very slow and delayed. As a result, there will be some patients died like what happen last year.

Hi President sir
I would like to highlight you regarding your embassy in Kuala Lumpur.. Recently I meet a Filipino girl from davao..we were in touch for 2 years ..she is a poor family girl from the island of samal..we agreed to marry and I flew over to Philippines to arrange a registration procedures .Unfortunately the people in your embassy was so rude in spoken words and ask me to get out of the embassy for I was just questioning them in a polite way for assistance after a long wait..I openly request from you sir , that the embassy is in use for assist the own country people not insulting. I hope you will take note of this and take immediate action regarding this matter. The Filipinos here have been queuing since early morning roughly 3 and in the end they get sited in face with insult. Hope the kind of attitude should be remove from your embassy asap to regarding better service for the Filipino citizens with a welcome convenience with a great smile.

Regards
Malaysian

Dear Sir RD,

Please check out what most of the Filipina women who come to Singapore to work as maid do here on Sunday. Do make a visit to Singapore to see what happens at East Coast Park, Marina Bay Sands, and Orchard-Lucky Plaza

They cheat on their husbands back in Phil, their children left astray as their mothers are enjoying life with other men. Many children in Phil grow without the love of a mother. Well, it does not stop there. They have broken many families in Singapore too.

Often they have nothing good to say about their own country except that they need money, money, money to send back home.

After your drug project, please think of a way to keep the women in Phil and not export them. Perhaps, have a registry to report their fidelity and vices they are involved in and ban them from working overseas.

Phil needs to clean the image of its women so that there are discipline and dignity. Even the Filipina professionals in Singapore avoid the maids as they ruin their country's pride.
