The company’s portfolio includes more than 6,300 affiliated resorts in countries, like United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Brazil, and many more. The main competitor of the company is Interval International.
The company was started in 1974 by Jon and Christel DeHaan as Resort Condominiums International with a small office in Indianapolis, Indiana. They opened their first international in 1976 in Mexico. Soon after that, they expanded to their countries and opened offices in Argentina, South Africa, Italy, Japan, and many other countries.
