The worst

Posted on Mar 20, 2021 at 02:16 PM

Elaine says: These diapers are the worst ever. They leak, they don't hold in blowouts, I will never ever recommended any parent to purchase them. I recommend that you return them immediately if you did purchase them. Worst diapers in existence.

Faulty diaper tabs

Posted on Mar 16, 2021 at 09:56 AM

Annie Gauthier says: The tabs on this case of diapers are horrible!! The tabs keep ripping when I check the diaper and all on their own. I have been using these diapers for Years but am worried your quality has gone down hill

Parents Choice Diapers

Posted on Dec 29, 2020 at 10:16 AM

Amanda RaybornBrown says: Hi my name is Amanda and I’m the mother of a toddler who has been using your brand of diapers for most of his little life. This past month I had purchased two boxes of your size 6 diapers with intentions it’ll last me quiet awhile as one box usually gets used up within a single month. I’m not too sure what happened with the quality of your diapers however my son ran through the entire 2 boxes and needed to go to the store for the 3rd box before one month mark. They tore so easily that even going to unfold it to prepare for a diaper change would be just enough for them to fall apart. There were diaper changes that resulted in 3 diapers being ripped before the last one actually held. Then the overall absorbing factor was just not there. The smallest of liquid had the crotch of the diaper sagging and starting to flake off. I am unbelievably disappointed with this and I am not sure what happened with the brand but I hope this issue can be resolved.

Diapers falling apart

Posted on May 27, 2018 at 09:38 AM

Brittney Giltz says: Every last one of these diapers fell apart at changing time. I do not let my daughter sit in a dirty or wet diaper. This is very concerning to me that the diapers so easily came apart exposing my daughter to the inside components potentially causing rash.

Victoria A Goffner says: I purchased a box of Parents Choice Diapers and the experience was awful. They wet too fast and the pamper has leakage. Money was wasted unfortunately.

Disappointed with product

Posted on Dec 04, 2016 at 02:50 AM

Chala Strosnider says: Hello,
I have been buying your diapers for a long while and I haven't had really any issues until I started buying the 136 count size 6 pack. At least 10 to 12 of the diapers "belts" on the left side either aren't sticky as to latch to the front or they rip completely off when you try to use them. Just on the left side though. Not sure what is going on? Other than that I love your products and I will continue to use them.

Tina A Kibbe says: Yes, I bought some of the Parents Choice training pants, and all the sides of the diaper were like sliced. I drought them back to Walmart.

Unhappy customer

Posted on Dec 03, 2016 at 02:45 AM

Jennifer Gunnell says: This is the second package I have purchased at a local Walmart in Martinsville, Virginia where several of the tabs on the diapers were not even secured on the diaper or even non-existent. I mean I had to use a safety to secure a disposable diaper onto my child because money is tight for parents these days. I understand if it only happens once in awhile and maybe like one or two in the pack but were talking to 5 like that. Just not happy having to risk use of a safety pin just to be able to use the diaper or throwing it away. Which is just like throwing money away. Dissatisfied customer here.

Complaint about quality of product

Briana Love says: I have bought these diapers for my twins. They only wear them at night because they are both potty trained and with just only wearing your diapers for that short period of time both of them have broke out in rashes/burns. I will not buy these diapers again and I also want a refund on the box of size 5 diapers please.

Channing Milburn says: We tried Parents Choice for the first time this week, having size 4 diapers. We love the wipes and my son does as well. However, it turns out my son allergic to the diapers. He has an awful rash on his tush, upper thigh, testicles and it is very painful. What can be done? I am broken until the 9th and in dire need of different diapers for him. Thank you.

I have 2 kids and your diapers and wipes get me through any mess possible. I just want to let you know how awesome you guys are. Could you send me some free samples and coupons for being a loyal customer? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Maria Fontanez says: Our foundation is hosting an event on December 17th. The event's main purpose is to supply newborn mothers with totes filled with diapers, baby wipes, onesies, bib’s, bottles and a blanket. We need to find a way to purchase these materials with the small amount that we have recollected so far. It isn’t much but we would like to provide to at least 100 totes for this day. Our foundation is a non-profit 501c3 organization and we would like to know if there is a way that you can sell or donate us 100 newborn diapers packs and 100 baby wipe packages at a lower price than what is posted online for sale? If you can, could you please notify us by email at aishanerisppdawareness@gmail.com or call us at 407-541-9***? We would greatly appreciate it since the days are counting down and we haven’t been able to find a way to purchase these items with such a small amount of funds.

Thank you kindly,
Maria Fontanez.

Samantha Kolley says: Hello,
I have been using Parent Choice Diapers for almost a year now, and the last 2 boxes I have purchased the tabs pull off or the sticky thing is stuck or doesn't stick to the other side of the diaper. I am really hoping that the next box is not the same, because I would hate to switch diapers, because I have found that you guys do have the best night diapers.

I have recently just purchased a pack of 144 diapers from you and normally I love your diapers for my daughter, but this time I have noticed that she has been leaking through with the diaper barely being full. Complaint about diapers

Elise says: We bought three big boxes of diapers and one small pack. We used the small pack and my son got such a bad chemical burn on his butt that his pediatrician had to prescribe a steroid cream. I thought it was just that one pack that was defective. But I opened and used one of the boxes and within a day he had the burns back. Now I have two and a half big boxes of useless diapers. I want a refund for these terrible diapers.

Hope Cassandra Martin says: Hello,
My name is Hope Martin. I have a 16 months old little girl named Scarlett. A month ago, I decided to try the Parents Choice brand diapers. I like to report that she had a very bad chemical burn from the diapers. It took 3 weeks to clear the chemical burn completely. I was not satisfied with the brand at all. I will be going back to huggies diapers again.

nikkie sazabo says: I bought a large box of size 6 diapers for my son. They broke him out all over on his butt and lower back. Looks to be a chemical burn, but I can't say that with 100% certainty. I usually use Huggies and have for 2 years. My son liked the animals on your box so I decided to try them. I have used them for almost a week and half.

Audrey says: Yes, I have stopped using your diapers which I loved using for ever 3 generations now and I am not buying the wrong boxes. It seems because my baby has been waking up soken wet and his clothes soken wet and then I took him to the store with a fresh diaper and not even one pee and it is leaking. I called and complaint about this and I didn't received a refund like I was told nothing I have bought 4 boxes. I have the one open one and the 3 with the none open boxes. Yes, they are a great price but I feel the quality was very poor.

Jasmun Simpson says: I love Parents Choice Diapers. We won't use any other brand. We have 4 kids and used these on all of them. I have 2 still in diapers. We buy by the box so we get more but I wish you all would offer coupons for the box to help us out the low income families as diapers are very expensive.

Maryam says: I recently bought a Parents Choice Daipers from Walmart and I saw a black insect on the daipers inside the sealed pack, a new sealed pack. I was horrified that what is this? That was size 3 daipers. I am so mad now. I went to Walmart, and returned that box. That was disgusting. I have pictures of that insect and daipers.

Complaint about diapers

Brittany Burlingame says: I have been using Parent's Choice Diapers for two years now and they have worked just fine until lately the tabs keep tearing off. When I was trying to strap diaper on, it always open the side on my left while changing and has been happening to most of the diapers in the most recent box. I purchased so I end up having to throw away a brand new diaper, it's such a waste.

Dissatisfied customer

Posted on Nov 07, 2016 at 07:43 AM

Macey Singleton says: I am a mother of two small boys. I have always used pamper, Huggies, or honest company brand diapers. Diapering two young children is extremely expensive and I was very low on money this past week due to my hours being cut at work. Yesterday, I went to Walmart to purchase diapers. I decided to try Parents Choice diapers because they were significantly cheaper then my usual purchase of Huggies little movers. I started using the Parents Choice brand today. Both of my boys have blisters on their bottoms already after just one day of using this product. My older son, age 2 has been sobbing no stop that his legs and butt are on "fire". He has raised hives all down his legs. I would like a refund and to also file a complaint. Please let me know how to go about this? I have several pictures and will be taking them to the doctor tomorrow. It looks like a chemical burn and as a young and struggling mother, I am livid. Dissatisfied doesn't even begin to describe my feelings. My children are in pain.

Grace Hollingsworth says: Hello,
I had bought a few boxes of your diapers as they are of a great price and my family's budget is tight right now. However, what I saved on diapers I bet I have paid for in laundry soap. Nearly immediately, my daughter will soak through and mess up her outfit. I was advised to contact you in hopes of a compensation.

Best wishes,
Grace.

Talking about the product

Christen kinsey says: Never really had an issue with your diapers until now. Bought a new box and some of the wings were attached backwards. When my son sleeps in them and rolls to his belly he pees out of them and the diaper is dry. Never had it happen until now. The diapers are different then the last Parent Choice box I bought.

Laura shaffer says: Helo,
I just recently got custody of my 4 months old nephew. We are not receiving any kind of assistance with him at the moment and diapers are not cheap. We were hoping your company could possibly give samples or coupons since your company has the cheapest diapers by far. I have preferred your diapers with my 3 children, but I am currently unemployed as to stay home with him. Thank you so much.

Informing about faulty product

Posted on Nov 04, 2016 at 06:00 PM

Brittani Lay says: Hello,
This isn't a complaint so much as it is a question. I opened a value box package of diapers recently and found that one of the diapers out of all others in the four plastic wraps, had some sort of blue tape on the back top portion where the baby's back would be. Any idea why this is there? It is the only diaper in the whole box like this. I have ever since purchasing Parents Choice diapers for months.

Thanks.

Complaint about the diapers

Melisa Conrad says: Hello,
My name is Melissa spelled Melisa Conrad. I do love your diapers but the only problem I am having right now is the fact that I bought a size 5 as they call me nice eyes that come with a hundred and something diapers and I have gone to them all but I have had to throw. I would say at least 75 of them away because the tabs that keep the records on keep falling off. I put the diaper on and try to attach the tab and it just falls off. I love you guys I just don't understand why this is happening this is the second time it has happened. I wanted to call and let you know this now it will be calling you tomorrow but I hope you understand this is really frustrating because I am a single mother and I enjoy using your diapers but you guys don't cost that much but I might have to go back to hug you because your diapers are falling apart. Thank you for your time. I am in Utah Plain City.

About the product

Tiffany says: I have used almost every brand of diapers out there. We have been having health issues in our family so I have to buy the most cost effective. Walmart had a great rollback on a box of diapers so we purchased. We have used them before. But goodness almost all have leaked and we have a baby girl. I have never had issues with a diaper leaking with a girl. So disappointed and still have to use up this box. Plus we are burning through these diapers of having to change all the time. And no we aren't leaving them on too long. Sometimes it is right after a change.

Angel Rosenblatt says: I loved your diapers until my daughter started size 3 and they started to leak so I went up a size and they still leaked. So I am currently using target brand diapers. I was told that you make overnight diapers, would those may work better and can they born worn all day or just at night? I absolutely love your wipes. I actually prefer them to the name brands. Thank you so much.

Issue of faulty product

Amanda Gonzales says: Hello,
I buy Parents Choice Diapers for my child and we have always used that brand. But recently we have been having issues with the straps on the diapers. They keep ripping off and we have had to throw away about 10 diapers out of the last 3 packs we have purchased. I am a single mother so I cannot afford to buy diapers that keep breaking. Is there anything you can do to help me with this issue?

Thank you,

Karen Pazzano says: I have been using the diapers for a good while now and was happy with them until this last box I bought. The velcro/sticky part that closes the diapers kept ripping off on many of the diapers. Not sure if it was just that one box that may have been faulty but I was unable to use quite a few. I would put them on and when I tried closing it they would rip off.

Thanks.

I also bought for my 3 years old daughter the same diapers. After seeing what they did to my oldest daughter, I will not be using them anymore. I am now out of money and very low on diapers.

Query about the wipes

This product should not do this.

I have been buying Parents Choice size 6 for awhile now and was very shocked that I brought a box on Saturday at walmart only to find out that night it was way small and wouldn't fit my daughter. I had just brought a little pack one week ago and they fit perfect and we want this box in same size but way too little and almost looks like 2 size smaller since the bag was open walmart would not take them back.

Unhappy with product

Whitney France says: I have used Parent's Choice diapers for my son for about a year now. I have tried different sizes because he keeps peeing or pooping through them within 5 minutes. I bought a small bag of size 4 and they did awesome and worked so I bought a box of size 4 and they are paper thin. I don't like them and are too expensive to keep purchasing because of being peed in once. I am very unhappy and want to do away with PC diapers and everything.

Looking for refund

Posted on Oct 23, 2016 at 07:19 AM

Jessica Baird says: I would also like a refund due to the constant diaper rash issue that I just posted about. The change you have made to your diapers have resulted in me having to throw away an entire case of your diapers only to go buy a different brand.

A suggestion and complaint about product

Posted on Oct 23, 2016 at 07:12 AM

Jessica Baird says: I have been a loyal customer since my son was born in March. We use Parents Choice Diapers, wipes, baby water, baby wash and shampoo, as well as the formula. Recently, I noticed a change in the diapers and since this change my son has had an ongoing itchy diaper rash. I am a stay at home mother to two children so I have always loved that Parents Choice offered a safe, good quality alternative to the more expensive brands. However, I am going to have to change diaper brands due to this change that has been made. My sister-in-law also uses these diapers and her daughter has had a rash since the new type of diaper was released. She too will be changing brands. I just wanted to let the company know that babies are extremely sensitive to any kind of changes you make with your products. Thank you.

Ashley sims says: I bought a 800 count case of wipes. Two of the packs have had a mildew looking substance on the last few wipes. I only have one picture as I thought the first pack I encountered the problem with was something I may have done.
I did not smell to confirm that it is actually mildew because I am allergic, but it looked to be mildew to both me and my husband.

Carissa carmack says: I have two babies on diapers. Parents choice has always been great. Also the Parents Choice formula was out favorite. The price is always the best around. But this last box I bought of diapers are not as nice. I have had 4 or 5 diapers that I can't use because the pull tabs on the side tear right off. I barely tug them and it pulls off. I just can't afford to lose that many diapers in the box.

Complaint about diapers

Carissa White says: We recently bought the box of 108 size 5 diapers and I am very frustrated because atleast every other diaper has had the tab tear off of it. At first, we would just tie the side with the broken tab but it left our boys with rashes, so we have had to just throw them away. We have thrown away over half of the diapers.

Vanessa Niver says: I brought a box of Parents Choice value box diapers from the Walmart in colonial heights, Virginia and a few of the diapers I have pulled out of the pack are missing with a side of the adhesive tab so I am unable to use the diaper. I have never had a problem with your diapers until now, I am very disappointed.

Haven says: These diapers have burned my baby, super bad rash on her bottom. Not happy at all, I thought it was just a rash but then more I kept using these diapers and the worst it was getting. As soon as I changed brand it was almost all cleared up within a few hours of not using Parents Choice.

Disappointed with product

Antoinette So says: These diapers are the most disgusting leaky diapers I have ever seen or encounter with. 14 diapers in two days on a one year old. You all could never even get me to buy any of your lousy products not even the snacks and definitely your paper weight leaky diaper for my grandson. Its not even worth the name "Parents Choice".

Looking for another brand due to faulty products

Posted on Oct 20, 2016 at 07:40 PM

Ashley livingston says: I buy Parents Choice Diapers since my son was in size 3. We recently moved up to size 5 and since then the last box I had between 10-15 diapers the tabus on the left side came all the way off. Its certainly a waste of money when this happens. I run in home day care and once I restock the changing table bins with diapers I discarded the package and box so I cannot provide you with a upc. I am hoping the entire product doesn't continue to do this or I will have to switch brands again.

Wendee Button says: I am a single mother of 5. So it was a suprise to find that the company I have been buying diapers from had half a box where the diapers had either tabs or part of diapers were missing. I have a strict budget so it was hard to find the money to do so and two to be let down by a company. I have used for years.

val says: I have 4 children in diapers. I have 2 foster babies and 2 babies of my own with a total of 7 children. I have used your diapers for all of my children. This most recent box of size 5 diapers has been horrible. Over half of the tabs have ripped off while trying to put them on the baby. Did you change your tabs? Thanks.

Alana says: I recently purchased a value pack of diapers. Usually Parent's Choice is my go to brand. However, the recent box of diapers keep tearing off. Therefore, I am not able to stick the diapers together, having to throw away a clean diaper. I am very disappointed.

Tina Crowell says: Our two years old has been wearing Parents Choice "zoo crew" diapers since yesterday. She has never worn this brand before. Today, she was pulling at her diaper to get it off and upon inspection she has a visible, raised red outline of the back of the diaper on her skin. It is warm to touch. I have photos and details from the diaper: 16 221 L08 03:12, Size 4 FQ 657. Please look into the matter.

Liz pena says: I always buy Parents Choice diapers and never had a problem. But now that my baby went up a size to 5 the diapers aren't good. When he is crawling they comes off, he can just be standing and you can start to see the strap starting to unstick from the diaper. I like these diapers but lately I have been very disappointed about them.

Marissa New says: I recently fell short on cash and couldn't afford to get the diapers. I usually buy them so I grabbed a pack of parents choice. I used them with my older son and remember they worked well that is until my bed was soaked in pee. The new design of the parents choice diaper is much less absorbent than I remember. The formula fed my older son and he never really had an issue with parents choice. I breastfeed my younger baby so I know he hasn't had too much liquids and I change him often, so it has to be that they just aren't as absorbent. We however love parents choice fragrance free wipes.

Thinking of brand change

Maria Lawler says: Hello,

I wanted to mentioned that Parents Choice brand wipes are fragrance free and smells like its moldy. Its 240 ct wipes. I think maybe I will stick to Pampers brand. Even if its a little bit expensive.

Faulty product issue

Cassandra Ross says: I have used Parents Choice products since my son was born. He is 17 months old and have never had a problem with anything. This time I bought a box of size 4 diapers and more than half of them have straps broken as when I go to put it on him. I am very disappointed.

Michelle says: I have bought Parents Choice Diapers since my baby was born. He is now 19 months old. We always buy the super value box. The past few times we have purchased the super value box and when I changed my son, the fastners rips as I try to open up to put them on him. This makes the diaper unuseable. I am thinking it is time to switch brand because I am just throwing money away if he can not use them.

Complain issue regarding diapers

Kelly Ehly says: We purchased this diaper above all others. This last box has been a nightmare. The diaper tab on the baby left and my right, while putting on him, ripped off. Not happy at all. Diapers are costly and every 4th diaper in this box has this problem. It makes me want to re-think my diaper choice. We get it from Walmart in Tacoma WA on 23rd. The number on the box is 0 78742 00504 1. Thanks for listening.

I have bought these diapers for 3 years now. But all of a sudden, every diaper that I have used shows the tab coming off while trying to put the diaper on. I have literally wasted about half the box of size 5s.

My daughter started trying these diapers and I was highly disappointed. She always had to be changed at least twice an hour and even stopping drink intake at 7pm for her to wake at 6 am. She peed the bed every night for a week no matter what we tried. She always had to have an extra if not two extra sets of clothes packed even for a one or two hour trip. The diapers always leaked poop all over her and her clothes. Very sad.

My son just turned one year old and we have been buying these diapers since he was born. For some reason this box of size 5, the tabs keep just pulling right off every time I go to open it. Please solve the matter.

I am writing to you because I am very displeased with the diapers that I have purchased. I bought a box of over 100 diapers, seems about every four or five diapers burst open after one or two pees at most leaving a huge mess for myself to clean up because all of the gel from the diapers spills out. Also at least five diapers are tab-less out of this case. I have pictures of the diapers. I am very upset with the quality.

Please change your products. I have used your diapers and wipes. My 8 month old son developed an awful rash from his bottom up, his stomach and back. I have stopped using your products and in doing so his rash has disappeared. He was itchy, red, bumpy and miserable. I will never buy your product again. I don't want coupons or anything from your company. I just want you to stop putting whatever it is causing these baby rashes in your products.

Hello,
I recently bought a box of Parent Choice size 5 diapers (108 diapers), these are the newer dream works style. The tab on the diapers breaks off when fastening the diaper. This has happen to 10 diapers out of about 20. I have 2 children in this size diaper and I am not able to just run back to Walmart to return them, as one of my children had special needs. I have 7 children (the oldest is 11) and have used Parent choice diapers for 10 year. I recommend these diaper to everyone who asks. I am not a fan of the new design though, I have even had to go to a size 5 where as size 4 was great in the old style.

This is a lot of money to waste half our diapers with broken side tabs.

I noticed that the wipes looked rusty on the corners. So when I opened up the package it had a very rusty old hair clip inside of it. I am so pissed off. I used these wipes to clean my baby. Families put their trust in these products. It is the first and last time that I will be buying your product.

I bought a box of Parents Choice Diapers and every single one of them so far the tab has ripped off. Is there a way that I can get my money back or a box of diapers that actually work?

I bought a big box of Parents Choice Diapers and haven't ever tried them before but they were less expensive and we needed to save a few bucks this week. Well I will never waste my money on these again as for 10 more bucks I could have got our regular huggies. Not only does my baby have raw skin on her inner thighs being 2 days in a row now she has woke up with the gel from inside the diaper all over her PJ's. The diaper came open at the top. I will never again use it.

Hello, I had purchased Parents Choice Diapers for my daughter and this box of diapers gave her a severe rash on her private parts. I used Parent Choice Diapers with my first child but the second time around it just wouldn't work for my daughter. It has gone bad where we had to rush her to the hospital. I am unaware of how you deal with these types of issues but it does need to be fixed.

Hello, I purchased a box of your Parents Choice Diapers after a friend told me that she has used them with her baby. So we tried them out on 1 year old. At first they were fine but after wearing them for a day she got really red almost looking burnt from her back all the to her front. And would scream in pain if we touched it. After not wearing Parents Choice for a day and getting her pampers again and applying cream she looks a little less red. But it was horrible raw and red. And I cannot take the box back to Walmart because we opened them. So I am out of 20 bucks I paid for them.

Hello, my name is Stephanie hunter and I recently bought a box of size 6 Parents Choice Diapers. I have been putting them on my son but for some reason they are not sticking and the part that is supposed to stick comes off. It has happened with more than a couple in the box.

I have used Parents Choice Diapers but it made my daughter sick who was born in 2014 and never had a problem until this year. The past two boxes of size 5 has every other tab either falls off or doesn't have one. I am very disappointed and would like some sort of compensation.
