I have tried calling Open Sky and the number provided is just a marketing, not stopping circle that never gives you the option to talk to a customer service representative. Shame on me. I ordered from them once before and did not have a positive experience then either.

I have received a set of sheets that were supposed to be bamboo. They are hotel collection luxury ultra soft. This is the second time I have ordered these and received the wrong ones. Last time they said they were in the wrong package, which is false they did not even look the same as the ones for sale. Opensky phone is a not correct 1877-734-6736. it's a marketing ploy - Opensky is never said by the robo voice. I want to send back order #10300629, the Glamtastic Luxury Gemstone Leather Bracelet is worthless. The actual watch is extremely cheap, the back cannot be opened to replace the battery - the leather band must be ct. for some reason I cannot type the missing letter. The phone #720-206-9820 and at this time it no longer belongs to Open Sky, I wold like to know about the phone number myself. Sorry about the misspellings. Remember, no letter between T & V, except when my computer decides it needs to correct itself. I guess wold wasn't one that needed to be corrected. Maybe the computer thought it might be world?

Believe it or not, I did finally talk to Open Sky - phone number 844-707-7779. The representative was Brandon, I believe, and he helped a lot.
Also, this message box does not allow the character between 'T' and 'V' for some reason.

I have tried unsuccessfully to locate my order dated July 3, 2016. The order number is 102705912. I was notified by email on July 19, 2016 that I would be contacted within two (2) business days. Before I ordered a shirt from Open Sky, I asked the representative on chat if I can return this item if it doesn't work out.. she said to contact c.s. & they wold send me a mailing label. I cannot find anywhere on your website to do this efficiently & am still waiting for a reply as to the protocol involved in returning the shirt which is a darker gray than pictured and the sleeves are too short for my size M. I am wiring to first let you know that I love your online shop at open sky. I noticed that 05/02/16 was the birthday anniversary for your online shop, Happy Birthday. That was yesterday and I noticed that your site offered 30% off with promo code bday30. I searched your site throughout the day and picked out some items. I noticed that you do to accept PayPal and that is my preferred method of payment. I did see the offer or your open sky Visa and planned to signup for it before finalizing my purchase, however, shortly after I pt some items In my cart I saw that the promo was expiring. This was a about 8:00 pm. I then decided to use my credit card however, it would not allow me to receive the promo. Sincerely had to go to work decided not to make the purchase without the promo. Today when I went into your site I noticed that I had an email telling me that my offer did go through. I then decided to place the order again and it would. Not allow me to.

4/29/17 - I have emailed multiple times about my order that was sent to me incorrectly. I have sent photos of the incorrect item and have sent photos of what my order should have been engraved with. This company is the pits. I was blocked from calling the number because I had called more than once. I never got through to customer service due to them trying to enroll me in different plans. Try doing a change of address form on the website and it would not complete the packages were still sent to my old address even after I did get it to finally say that it had been done the address which and now I do not have any product I ordered or my money. I'm complaining about my order its sent the wrong size that I order it ordered some compression socks x large and was sent a small. I never open both pairs which was beige and black I don't feel that this my responsibility to send them back and was a mistake that open sky made I really need those socks. I can't log in and I have an order from Feb 28th that I not received. I have tried to get a new login through your website several times and links that you sent me reset my password do not work. I cannot check the status of your order because I cannot log into my account for you. I do have an order confirmation email. I was holding a few items in my shopping cart, however I never placed the order. Next I see that the order shipped! I tried cancelling it; I emailed yo and I was told what to do. I have desperately tried to get information on the purchases. I've made to OpenSky all I get is the auto-generated email saying that they have your message, on two of the orders. Hi, I ordered 6 scarves on 12/16 /15 to be delivered in time for Christmas gifts. I was notified that the order had shipped with a tracking #. The order was never delivered. It is now 1/5/16 and when I checked the tracking #, it gives me no detail or delivery information. My credit card was charged on12/21/15 for the scarves.
approx. $81.00. Since the order was never received, I want the order cancelled and a total credit applied to my card. Please advise. Thanks, Janice Skaja

I am very frustrated with Open Sky and fixing to contact the BBB regarding not only not receiving my package, but the impossibility of reaching any type of representative (live) that can help me find where my order has gone. I need to talk to someone in person regarding my order. # 10746818

I will never, never place another order through this company. It is like they are a scram company. I placed my order on December 4, 2015. Received an email it was being shipped on Dec 8, 2015 with a transit number. Transit number would not work and not other communication from OpenSky so I sent an email to them. As of December 18, 2015 it is still in transit and I want a refund. Their website gives no contact number and I have not received a reply from my email. Want a refund NOW!!

You cancelled an order with no explanation. Reaching you is almost impossible ---WHY? Am trying to place another order know and the website won't allow me to give you a "ship to" address even though I have typed it in at least three times. If you want to do business, stop with the ads when customer service number is is finally discovered and then dialed!!!

I have no valid tracking information on my order #101684479. I contacted you and received a reply that I would have an answer within 48 hours, nothing! I contacted you again and received another reply saying I would have an answer within two days. My credit card has been charged for this order and now I see advertisements for the same items even less expensive then what I paid for and I don't even have them, very frustrating. The point is I would appreciate an answer where these items are and when I can expect him. Thank you for your consideration.

I think i only placed 1 order so do not have a password. Have had large discounts in the past but don't know how to use them. Do they only apply to certain things? How does one know which things?

HELP please! Half of my order #101599856 has arrived 3 days ago and half has not yet arrived. Can you check on the status of the remaining 2 Americanlasercrafts personalized serving boards?
I tried reaching you via phone and was transferred from one string of ads to a changed number to 411 directory--VERY frustrating and failed system. Please help me via email. Thank you!
