Complaint about TV

Kenny says: I have a Mitsubishi 55 inch led tv model number LT-55164. I had a 5 year warranty for 5 years which ended 7 months ago and I only had the TV for maybe 6 years. Now the problem here is with a blinking power button that stops my TV from getting a picture. I paid over 2 thousand dollars for this TV and I am retired and do not feel what happened to TV is my fault. The manufacture is liable not I. I have a fine picture no other problem. My number is 718-482-8***.

My name is Paul Wack I own a 65 in DLP WD 65737 serial number 142075 turned on my tv yesterday and until now no prbs ever. White dots were all over my screen. I started researching and found that the chip is bad, future research found that those chips are know. To go bad all the time in these DLP TVs I am asking for a new chip to be sent out for my TV model and serial number. I love the TV, a lot. That's why I bought it, love the product. If not I will be buying your competitors products from now on.
