what is Ipsy ?

Ipsy is an American monthly makeup subscription company that was founded by the Michelle Phan. Their corporate headquarters is situated in San Mateo, California, United States. It is basically a mailer service under which they deliver trendy beauty items directly to the home of their subscribers. They get discounts on those products anywhere between 10 to 70 %.

What really IPSY Offer?

There is an online community created by the company for complementing their subscription service. It allows the subscribers to chat with each other about the beauty products. New membership says: I ordered my monthly subscription in October. They said that they would see if they had any glam bags left for October to ship one to me. That didn't happen. I had the money taken from my account on November 1st and today is November 21st and I still don't have the glam bag. That isn't very prompt for a new customer to show them how credible you are. I am very disappointed and thought that I read that I should expect it the first week of the month.

I canceled my subscription with ipsy August 4th 2016, today I put money in my card (August 17th) and it took $10 and it's says I cancelled my subscription so I'm not getting a bag, and it took my money.

I ordered ipsy in April for my daughter, we have gotten the package every month around the 5-10 of each month. Here it is August 16 and she still hasn't received it.

I checked my Ipsy account when I signed in and my address is correct I am trying to get a hold of you to find out why we have not received our Ipsy bag for the month it says error address was listed incorrectly trying to deliver but it is not in correct we received a bag from you last month my name is Erica mugno and my email address is Erica mugno@yahoo.com. when I did the package tracker the update said it was forwarded because of an incorrect address you guys have the correct address...

I received my first Ipsy package and instead of it costing me $29 on my Visa card ending in 5177, I was charged over $100! Cancel any future shipments of your products because I don't have that kind of money and I was charged the wrong price! I will be disputing the cost with my bank if any future shipments are sent. For the past several months my ipsy bags have been terrible! It's like no one paid attention to my color or anything. This month I received a Chapstick are you serious? And a lipstick that makes me look dead because the color is so off!! I dot get ipsy to give away I had to because my bags have been that bad. Hi. I recently moved address back in June. And I haven't received by ipsy bag for June or July and of course for August either but I understand because the month just started. I was gonna contact you guys since June when I din't receive my glam bag but since of the change I thought there was gonna be a delay so I decided to wait. I tried calling and sent and email with my new address. But till now nothing yet. I ET email showing my bag but I'm not receiving it.
