Hello, my problem is that I created Ibotta and I put in my old email which was anacanales943@gmail.com but then decided to delete it because I got away to many emails so I tried putting in my new email address in the Ibotta app. But it wouldn't let me do so as I kept going for it. Paid money and then when I got to $20 I decided to trade it for a Regals movie gift card but since I had it with my old account it send the information of how to use it on my old account and since it got deleted I can't acccess. I put in my Food Lion Mvp number but it didn't scanned it at cashier check out. I scanned my card so I don't think it took the information and it wouldn't let me scan items and receipts information. Ibotta does not look at the receipt dates. They closed my account because they said I used duplicate receipts. Receipts were from same store but on different dates. They never respond to any emails and now I can't get my money that I have earned.

I got a new phone number and I am trying to change it. App tells me to email at support@ibotta.com whereas support tells me to submit a ticket from the app. Problem is that there is no option to do that. I am all for online service, but sometimes it really creates problem. Especially, when the reps reading the emails apparently cannot read.

Ibotta seems to be a fraud and I am contacting Better Business Bureau. I contact them constantly about the same matter and they never get back to me. I scanned the proper item and send in the receipt and they tell me it's wrong. When I know it is correct. I try to contact them with no return from them. Once I reach the limit of money I can cash out I am deleting the app and will not recommend it. They are terrible and have no good customer service.

I have $3.50 pending in Ibotta. For the first time ever, I think I selected rebates that were not on my receipt. It has never been pending this long and I am sure something didn't correlate. I was previously flagged for fraud because I entered a Kentucky Fried Chicken receipt that I got when I bought KFC but i that I had two weeks to enter a receipt and I took too long to answer it and so you shut my account down until you said I had one more chance then I went to Walmart the other day and that day I entered the rebates and scanned them and sent the receipt and my account has now been shut down again. there is no reason why I should not be able to login and I have enough money to cash out and you should honor that at least but I did not make a mistake this time so why is my account not accessible?

i want some satisfaction, i joined ibotta on 28 dec 2015 and at the time of isse i tried resolving that fact that i cold not se my receipts when not sing my loyalty card. At the end of Jan 2016 i had shopped at food lion and bght a 2 item rebate on peant btter and smckers jelly. By the time i received help the rebate was no longer valid at food lion bt was valid at walmart. And after several attemps to fix this with no real help i did se the walmart receipt with my food lion receipt to get my rebate and again this was after mltimble attempt for yor team to fix this. Instead they say they don't like my shopping patterns, really. Do yo need proof the i totalled my card on Dec 12, 2015 and i still have the rental car, which is why i don't have my loyalty cards all the time they're on my key RING OF MY WRECKED CAR!
