It is basically a travel website through which people can book hotel rooms, rental cars, airline tickets, & vacation packages. The main working method of the company is to sell the unsold travel inventory at low prices. The company is based in San Francisco, California, United States. They are presently working as the subsidiary of Expedia, which is the owner of many other travel brands, including Egencia, Hotels.com, and ClassicVacations.com. The company was started with just 4 employees and now it has given employment to over 300 people that include their management & salespeople.

In addition to that, the company also provide open travel APIs, which work in travel applications.
