I just want to share with you my recent experience with my cable provider Time Warner. Recently, I got my cable bill and I noticed the price went up by $10.00. After looking, I discovered the 10 dollars was associated with my internet bill. According to TWC, I was in a promotion that expired so my bill went up but not to worry I was still in a reduced internet price. Needless to say, I was mad about the 10 dollars because I had some kind of price lock but the promotion expired before the price lock. Anyway, TWC suggest to get my price down. I should cut services and they suggested my $15.00 monthly HBO. Just thought you should know why you and I have parted way. It's nothing you did it your supplier TWC. Wonder if your market share lost is impacted by your vendor? When my price lock ends maybe ill find a new cable/internet company with HBO until then best of luck with TWC.

I can search the episodes. When I click on play, I saw the HBO icon and then the program rating but then it goes back to the prior screen. The same thing happens to showtime anytime. What do I need to do? For your information, my wife has the same tablet and it is doing exactly the same thing. Like I said, it used to work fine.

Please give me a logical answer to why you would do this. Can you fix it? If this is a marketing process, they are idiots and it makes no sense. Why would I keep my subscription with you?

I am a long time subscriber of HBO through Directv; why am I being harassed to constantly re-enter my credentials to continue accessing HBO go on my Roku streaming boxes? You aren't the only 'service' doing this, but it shows me you disrespect your subscribers, or don't have the proper software system in place to re-check the the subscription is still active. So, bad programmers or bad executives?

Hi, I just got DirecTV a month ago and have been binge-watching Game of Thrones. It is terrific! However, I can't find season 4 episodes 8 & 9; it skips directly from episode 7 to episode 10. Am I doing something wrong or can you fix this?

We are subscribed to HBO Go as we get HBO on Diretv. Therefore we get it on the Apple TV. Lately when we are watching HBO GO, it initially when we first select it, are asked to enter an activation code. If we get off HBO GO and try getting on with no activation code, trying three times, we can get right on. However while watching The Night Of, in the middle of an episode, we were asked for an activation code! Then it went away. There is something wrong at HBO GO's end. We have never had to enter an activation code, if memory serves. Please explain!

My name is Linda Kelly and I have been billed since 4/2016 for HBO now and I did not confirm purchase of this service and am requesting a full refund of all charges and I have cancelled future service and/or charges if you will check my so called account you will see there has been no activity in using your service. Please respond before I dispute the payment with my credit card company.

Hello HBO I'm a current customer of HBO and I'm having a dilemma, back in the 90's HBO provided customers with the HBO guide (schedule) and I was wondering/Begging for a few of the guides if this is possible. I've called three different numbers with no luck. But if someone could help I would be very grateful. Thank you for your time.

Since video playback of any movie/show should always be in landscape, this has been the focus at this time.

Your focus should be solving the problem.
I fulfill my obligation every month by paying HBO.
Now fulfill your obligation and provide a working service.

Please discontinue HBO go for me. My thirty day trial has reached its end and I was told it was easy to unsubscribe by going to settings on my iPad but it wasn't easy. Today is the day they plan to begin ch-arching my account. Please do not do so.

I have HBO on DirectTV and streaming on AppleTV has been great till 2 days ago when it said I was timed off and the app still says OK and will not let me change to the new code on the screen. HBOGO

I have a HBO account through Wide Open West also known as WOW. I have a Roku stick that has HBO GO on it. Every time we go to watch HBO GO I have to activate the device. I called WOW and they said it had to be something with HBO. I asked them to check for anything and they said it was not them. I called Roku and we reset everything. But it is still doing it.
Can you help with this dilemma.

I am having issues with HBO GO on my Samsung TV. The message says "Please Note: It is not possible to sign in at this time. Please try again later."
I have Verizon and I'm an HBO subscriber. I have a Samsung Smart TV. I can watch HBOgo with no issue on my laptop, but run into the above error for the TV. I have contacted Verizon, and they checked that their system was working fine. I have contacted Samsung and updated all software, uninstall hbogo app, etc as per your troubleshoot process on your site. Both Verizon and Samsung have checked their system and now refer me to HBO. I was able to watch HBOgo yesterday with no problem since it did not ask for the "activation" process. Today, it is asking for the activate device, and it fails, as in the past with the above message. I enter the codes, and I see that it sends the signal to the hbo app, but then it fails. It only works on my TV if it does not ask for the activation. It has never worked if the activate device screen comes up. please help, thx.
