Rosie Bamgarten says: I ordered shirts and they said that they were sent on 10/17/2016 at 12 am. I haven't received them yet as of 10/21/16 tracking number 74899998613427422250. The first shipment came within 3 days for the polish and cards. Would like to know where are the shirts?
