Mandy Rennex says: Your product might be good but I'm not opening it to find out. Purchased for a child, asked about a case and screen protector, told go online. Went online found NOTHING tried to contact your company, you asked for $5 for answers (what a joke). Looked for a number, called they had NO idea what I was talking about.

Needless to say, the tablet is getting returned and I will NEVER purchase another product associated with this name. As a company, you are a joke. I realize this comment may not be posted as it isn't in favor of the company, another joke associated with you.

Hello, I have a dgtec 7" Play tab. My little girl, changed the password on the device and now cannot remember what the password is. I am wondering how to reset the device so we can once again access it. thanks.
