Cooks Essentials 6qt. Airfryer

Posted on Aug 14, 2019 at 07:16 PM

Kyndell Little says: I purchased your 6 qt Airdryee a while back. I just unpacked it and have tried to use it. I am quite frustrated as it is extremely difficult to open it. I have four by other manufacturers and yours is the worse. I love the color and features but had I opened it earlier, I would have to return it as it’s not easily lined by others. Extremely disappointed.

I bought the complete cookware set along with some extra pieces. It had a lifetime warranty. My large 5qt pots and small 2qt pots have a lot of the non-stick surface coming off very bad. Is there something that warranty would cover?

I have a cook's essential 6 qt pressure cooker I got from QVC a couple years ago- now it won't do any thing- when pushing any thing it just stays blank like it is dead. Where do I get it repaired?

I bought the complete cookware set and it had a lifetime warranty! Several of the pans are experiencing non-stick surface failing. Is the warranty going to cover this??

I received the Cook's Essential 6 qt Pressure Cooker as a gift last September. I have really enjoyed it but recently have had trouble with it sealing. It continuously releases steam and never holds the pressure. I have cleaned it well and tried to figure out what was going on. It seems that the floating valve isn’t able to rise all of the way because the locking plate doesn’t slide over. This also prevents it from locking so it can be opened at very hot temperatures. What should be my next step in getting this matter resolved?

I bought the large set of cooks essentials several years ago but I forgot the had the lifetime warranty. Now I don't have them all and the ones I do have are very scratched. But that's not why I'm writing.
My problem is I was boiling some red beans and rice for my jambalaya and the glass lid on my 10 inch cook pot just shattered, dropping little pieces of glass into my meal. Ruining it of course. Would this be under warranty?
