One of the employees in the Richmond location is sending me photos of a naked men and their erect penis on my Facebook profile. This is gross and lewd behaviour. His name is Thomas Amrhein. A white male with some tattoos, and I have screenshots of him doing this. If capital one endorses this behaviour, I will go to the local media and report this to them. Please email me back immediately so we can handle this gross behaviour.

I want to commend an employee for going above and beyond to solve my problem. Calvin Capers #JLW399 answered my late night call for help. Because of possible fraud, my credit card had been cancelled just before my travel. My airline reservations were in the number of the cancelled card which I did not have memorized and had no way of looking up from a distance. Calvin went out of her way to make several calls and take the time (about 30 minutes) to get me the information I needed to retrieve my airline reservation saving me from having to get an expensive last minute ticket home and fight with the airlines about the card problem. This is the kinds of employee who is deserving of recognition. She did not just sympathize and hang up as I suspect many would.

I am a dissatisfied customer. I disputed a charge from Cohen's for $800 because I bought glasses done incorrectly twice. Capital One suggested I resolve the situation with merchant. I said yes
Capital One made the conference call and the merchant said that their corporate would have to call me back
No one ever called me back I called the store again and told them no one called me and they said they would call corporate again.
Still no one ever called me back. Today I received in my capital one account a letter saying this charge would be back on my bill
I do not have the glasses. I spoke again with one of your customer care representatives and was asked to try to work it out with merchant one more time. I went back and was asked to have another eye exam. I did and was told the previous two were definitely wrong and this time they will get it right. That was last Tuesday June 28 and they said I would hear from them by Friday July 1, it is now July 7 and I have heard absolutely nothing A very unhappy Capital One customer.
