Faulty toothbrush holder

I didn't realize that it was Better Homes and Gardens (bhg) until I got there. However, I became completely frustrated as I tried to advance through the list. I could not close the continual ads covering both the top and bottom of the photos on my 7-inch android. A cell phone visitor would have even more frustration, I would presume.

Loved what I was seeing, but I gave up at the fifth photo. I won't be back to bhg.com, but you might want to consider stepping up your game. Your site mimicks those tabloid like sites. Not good.

I gave it to a friend as a birthday gift because I knew they had been wanting that exact comforter set for a while.
The next day after giving the gift, I got a call from the friend and we were very disappointed because all of the pieces to the set were not included. There was a comforter, two standard pillow cases and only one decorative pillow instead of the two that were supposed to come with it.
Someone must have taken the second pillow out at the store, or perhaps returned it prior to me buying it without the second decorative pillow inside.

Thus, not only did I get ripped off paying for a set where not everything was included, but my friend missed out on the entire set, only to learn that the missing pillow was his favorite part of the comforter set to begin with. I did not return it.

I have bought three of them from Walmart, each of them costing me $30 a piece. Each of them have come apart and broken and even stopped working. I sent an email on 2/8/2016 asking for help as to where I may get a lid to replace one I lost to my 12 QT/11.4L cooking pot? I am not happy at all. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past few months about the entertainment center we purchased from Walmart. We contacted Walmart about this and they said we had to contact you. I have all paper work on this and emails to support my emails sent too. The product is fault and does not hold up at all. I own a Better Homes and Gardens shower liner. I am unsure of how long I have had it but it was fine up until about a month ago. I noticed that it was not Mildew resistant any longer, small black spots have formed. I have tried scrubbing bubbles and I have washed it but they come back. So can you do anything for me? Good Morning,

I am contacting you this morning in regards to your dinner wear. I placed a plate into the microwave for thirty seconds and it broke into two pieces. After it happened, I double checked to see whether if it was microwave safe or not and on the back of the plate it was stated dish washer and microwave safe. I feel that the plate must have had a manufacturing defect as it broke in such a fashion. How can I replace the plate? It belongs to my roommate and I feel terrible about its breaking.

I bought a table and set of four chairs at Walmart for my wife for her birthday. I thought they were really good quality( still do)until one of the chair backs broke at the wooden dowels. When my mother in law decided to participate in our new apartment shopping she bought my family a beautiful red umbrella. Sadly when we finally got the new patio set we found that it's broken. The part where the ability to bend the umbrella stand is completely snapped I've tried finding a part to replace it and I can not return it since it was a gift and she disposed of the receipt. Purchased this product new in summer of 2014 and it has said it was rated for 600lbs. I've had multiple welds fail on the upper and lower matters supporting section and have no clue how to repair or replace the broken parts. This was a very nice looking addition to my guest bedroom but no longer is comfortable to use because of broken support for the mattress. I was notified on 8/29/16 by an email that I had won one of the Daily Sweepstakes. I tried to respond to the email with my choice of prize. The email was rejected, stating the email address was invalid. I called the help line, the rep told me the prize had already been claimed by someone else with the same email address. I purchased a wax warmer set from Walmart. The box shows the details which i chose. It contained one larger burner. A medium size similar in appearance and a variety of smells cube. Upon opening i was surprised to see that the one was broken and the other was not the product that was shown on the box. I also didn't get but 2 smells that was obviously not what was expected. This is a scam. You get people to sign up for free magazine and then automatically start charging them when the free period is over. You trick people to sign up and then hope they don't remember to cancel the subscription when the free period is over. Then when you call to cancel it is all automated and you are unable to dispute the charges.

Hi I purchased a table with 6 chairs from Better homes and Garden supplier through walmart online store. I received the items this morning through UPS. When I unpacked the table which was in the box I found there is a damage on one of the edges on the table. I need to return this to receive a table in good condition.

I purchased a comforter set a few weeks ago. I washed it according to product label. The comforter has come apart in several places. I am not happy with the quality or maybe I just received a poorly sewn comforter. Please contact me for receipt, and/or photos.

I purchased two patio umbrellas from Wal-Mart.# BH 16-092-599-11. I bought them in Feb. on line because last year they were sold out in April. I set them Memorial Day weekend. Yesterday I noticed that the black stripe has now turned brown! I am very disappointed with this product. My last umbrella lasted for many seasons. I am very careful to cover the umbrella when not in se. I do feel this is not something that should have faded so quickly and I am hoping to find a resolution for this problem. As can see there is a letter they will not type on this site ,hoping it is readable.

Hey. I have 4 sets of off-white bhg dishes. They were beautiful and I was so excited to find them! After a short time, the dishes all ended p getting black marks (Ok I don't know why, but the letter after T and before V won't work in this email). They are so dirty looking from the fork marks, that I can't even serve anyone who comes, food on them. They are very embarrassing. What I want to know, is why did they show all the fork marks and how do I know that your other dishes just won't do the same thing?!

I recently ordered the 7 piece Better homes and gardens deerfield patio set from Walmart. The order came in three different boxes on different days. First the swivel chairs(2) came in with missing pieces. I called Bond Mfg. to ask for replacement parts, the toll free # on the instructions repeatedly gave me a recording that told me I had dialed a # that was not available from my calling area or I got a recording about medical alert bracelets Finally after more than a dozen attempts I was connected to customer service where the lady told me she was mailing the parts the next day and I to. expect them in 7 -10 days. I still have not gotten them after 16 days. The 4 chairs came in a few days later with no problem. Then a few days later the table came in - 11 of the 15 slate tiles were broken - there was no padding or protection. I tried calling the # again and after several failed attempts I emailed Bond Mfg and asked for them to ship new slate tiles. The response was to return it to Walmart.com. Now how was I going to do that after we had to rip the box apart to remove the table.

I bought a better homes and garden stainless steel 10.6 gallon rectangle trash can from Walmart a little over 3 months ago and the back of it where the medal crease goes all the way down the back corner is coming apart I tried to take it back to Walmart but they would not take it back since it's been longer than 90 days. I purchased a gazebo in April and it has literally fallen apart. The tent has ripped on each corner which has caused it to be just hanging down. I have tried several phone numbers to reach your warranty department with no success. I find it incredible that this $200 gazebo has completely damaged within 3 months of use. I believe this gazebo is not made for the Miami rainy weather. I hope you help me find a resolution. I can send you pictures of my gazebo. I appreciate your help on this matter.

I asked the person who assembled the coffee table to save the paper work in the box and he did not.

I have purchased now 11 of your accent wax warmers and on 6 of them the electrical component has gone bad. Is it normal for these to only last about 6 months? Do you warranty your products? I understand they are only 10.00 each but now I am into for 120.00 and I just had two more go bad. I would understand that maybe one or two in the bunch but not six.

I ordered the better homes and gardens canal drive cabin style gazebo 11x11 from Walmart. I put the entire gazebo together and got the last section with the side awning and noticed that I had two f1 pieces for the side arm rather than an f1 and f2. With the entire piece out together I was not going to take it down and return it. Is it possible for you to send me the f2 piece so that I can use the side awning. This has been really disappointing.

I have purchased 2 of your high priced items one being the BHGgazebo for $350 and large 10ft umbrella $179. 00 both with missing parts. It was stated in the direction to not return to store but call 1800 customer service number given well needless to say the gazebo tent has not been used for 1 month and 1/2 that how long I've been awaiting the replacement canopy, and have been ignored 6 consecutive times. Umbrella customer service had not responded since 7/2. I need to know why you do not stand by your products and make your customer go through this. I have an important event to plan and everything has been placed on hold due to poor customer service. If I do not get his taken care of I will be returning these products back to the store and will not shop this name brand product again..

Hello,
About 2 months ago my wife and I bought 3 of the 2 inch faux wood white blinds from BH at Walmart.
All 3 boxes had appeared to be returned to store, and they were the only 3 there. So we bought them. The first box had a lot of tape on it as if someone had returned it and couldn't get it into the box. All the pieces were there.
The 2nd and 3rd box that appeared to be in better shape, are missing several pieces, and both times I called Walmart they had not gotten any of the blinds in yet so there was no point in me returning them to exchange.
The pieces missing from the 2 sets of blinds are: 1 left and 1 right mounting bracket, 1 valance (for the top of the blind),
4 valance clips, and 8 of the longer screws for mounting the brackets.
Any way to get this missing hardware?
Please Help.

I purchased the 9' garden umbrella at Walmart. The bottom portion of the pole is bent and chipped, so I'm unable to use the umbrella. Walmart is telling me that I need to contact you for a replacement pole.

I'm very angry. I paid for a dish set and the large plate has a chip. I sent an email to the given address and the response I get says that only two sets allow for replacements. It doesn't say that on the box or the information (that I still have) that is given. It says to contact via email and not to take back to the store. If not fixed, I will be lodging a major complain as well as blasting the details all over the place online.

On 2/16/16, I purchased the BHG Stonehaven Futon from the Battle Ground, WA Walmart. After 3 uses, I weigh 130 lbs, 4 welds failed and one of the metal bars folded at the screw. Walmart won't exchange it or refund my money as its been more than 90 days. I have left more than a dozen messages with BHG product support and no one has had the common courtesy of returning my calls. I am outraged. My grandmother's, my mother, swore by the BHG name, if they endorsed it, that was good enough. How sad that BHG has gone the way of so many other businesses, caring more about profits than customers. shame on them.

My gazebo bought the Walmart was received damaged. I Erected gazebo and the hinge broke on the corner pole which bent the rods that hold the shade in place and tore the shade. I've had the gazebo for less than 2 months. Can send me replacement parts to fix it. Walmart DOESN'T HAVE BH&G phone # & told me to take the gazebo down, return it & order a new one. My wife & I could barely erect it the first time let alone take it down, bring it back and erect the new one. Please contact me and I'll tell you which parts I need thanks.

To Whom It May Concern,
On Monday evening my Homes & Garden patio set was delivered. In order for husband to get the set out of the box, he had to cut p the box. On Tuesday morning I took all the plastic off the chairs, table, & pillows. I then attached the arms to each chair. At that I realized that one of the arms was too short; therefore, there is not way I could attach it. I also noticed that the table was very unstable. Upon further inspection, I realized that the table was only balancing on 3 legs, for one of the legs was bent inward. I called Walmart & they recommended that I either return it in the original box, which is in a few pieces, or call Better Homes & Gardens. I called 515-284-2180 yesterday & left a message. I would definitely prepare to have the one left arm (when sitting in the chair) & table replaced. The set is Dawn Hill 4 piece aluminum conversation set. My order # is 4591616-153533. On Feb 16 2016, I purchased the Stonehaven futon from Walmart in Battle Ground, WA. The item was for our cabin and was set up there, used a total of 10 days by me, 130 lbs, and it is now unusable. Welds failed in 3 places and one of the metal tunes bent at a screw, all leaving multiple sharp edges. Walmart will not honor the year warranty, in fact after 90 days they will do nothing. I've left 3 messages at BHG product support and no call back. I am extremely upset.

I bought a table and 4 chairs for my screened in porch. I woke this morning to find it shattered on the floor. The screen doors were locked. Nothing else on the porch besides a kids table and chairs. Has this ever happened before. I noticed it didn't really have a brace under it just some small braces around the edge. My family eats almost every meal here. I purchased a gass grill from Walmart and the first 2 times I used it it was fine. Every time I use it now I make sure it is clean and the grease drip tray is clean, but I had been having a fire in the grill. On the 4th we tried again for a cookout and all the food and the grill caught on fire. We had to use an fire extinguisher to put it out and all the wires were on fire. I am looking for a refund for this faulty grill.

Dear sir/ madam I am writing in regards to the amazing product I purchase at Walmart I have 2 oil different users they are absolutely wonderful scentsy want anywhere from $130-$290 for a different user.. but if you ask me the better homes ones are better. I use the products every day and I was so happy with the first one that I bought a second one and bought one for my mom and one for my grandma for mothers day. They are happy with them too. Thank you for this wonderful inexpensive product. I hope to buy a few more in the future one for the bathroom and maybe one for the kitchen. I purchased the 4 piece Castlewood Solar powered Landscape Light Set from Walmart. I picked them up the 6th of June. One of the lights in the set is not working. I replaced the battery and it worked for two nights then would not come on again. Apparently the solar cell is not charging the battery.
