This fitness chain was started by Bally Manufacturing when they acquired Health and Tennis Corporation. The company become bankrupt and closed all their locations in 2016. The majority of their locations was acquired by companies, such as 24 Hour Fitness, Tapout Fitness Center, and Vortex Fitness.
