It looks as though it will peel on the sides very easily within a couple of dusting and cleanings. The installers worked very hard installing it and initially I was very excited as it looks so beautiful. I can't deny that. I did check the item out in Lowes to make sure it was what I wanted. It was in the mid price range so I was expecting it to be better than what I had in my kitchen initially. And the sample looked great. But I am definitely not happy with my purchase and the "excitement" is over.

I have never been so disappointed in any outdoor rug that I have purchased or bought several over the past 8 years. This past June, I bought two outdoor rugs and by July fading was already showing. Photos have been attached to show what they look like now in September. I have rugs purchased last summer (Sonoma from Khols) that show no fading and barely any wear and tear. I spent more than I normally do because I thought your brand would be worth it. Sadly that was not the case.

I purchased entire set of Allen and Roth patio set. Iron with rust cushions which I loved it. Haven't had it for 3 years yet and one of the chairs under cushion, metal bar is dipping so cushion is sagging in it. I am extremely disappointed as I paid right. Under $1400 before tax for this set. If I am not mistaken, I thought there was a five year warranty on structure, however I moved and I can't find my receipt. I believe something this expensive should last for years.

We purchased a Allen & Roth fire table approximately 1 year ago. The item # is 0472966, the Model # is 67385. We have used it under 10 times. Upon using it this morning I was turning off the gas valve and noticed something hanging from the inside of the cabinet. I looked up inside the cabinet and saw a ring of some sort of heat barrier. It was falling apart. I'm sure this is a safety issue. It is held on by four fasteners(bolts?), didn't look that hard. I'm sure getting hot enough, the tank could have exploded. Looking at the parts list, that insulation is not listed. Maybe their is a recall? If not we need to replace the circle of heat reflector. We won't use it until we hear from you. Bought 2 grandura lights for my garage. The large ones costing 100.00 each. Lights kept shorting out, replacing bulbs often. Last time I could not remove knob at the bottom of the fixture to get the bulbs out. They are rusted shut. I bought them about a year and a half ago from Lowes in Lady Lake, Florida. Reading reviews of this same problem wants me to return them, as they will be non functional, since I can't remove the knobs to replace the bulbs without damaging the wiring. There is a five year warranty on this product. I would like my money back.

I have been admiring the Safford Bar set and matching barstools, (model 1106-2) at Lowe's for the past few years, I love the set! It was on sale today at Lowe's in Lake City, Fl. so I decided to finally get it, only to find the chairs had been recalled and I was not able to purchase them. Is there any way once it has been determined the chairs are safe that I can be notified and get a set of them to match the table, (which I did get)? I am so disappointed! I was also disappointed that they were still on the floor and advertised for sale yet we weren't able to get them!
Are there any other tall bar patio stools that might coordinate with the Safford Bar Set table table at Allen and Roth? I am at a loss!

We have an Allen Roth outdoor fireplace, and we love it!! We need to replace the cover that came with it. We talked to people at lowes to see if we can order a other cover but no one seems to know if you can. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

We purchased a six sided brown hard topped aluminum gazebo several years ago from a Lowes store in Ontario, Canada. We need to replace the zippered netting curtain panels that were originally included with our purchase and cannot find them in store. We were recommended by the Lowes store to email you directly.

The mirror I purchased at Lowe's has no hanging instructions and the available hardware is totally different from what I've seen in the store.

4 of the five lights needed replace and taken back as they were crooked and off center. A shame, I liked the lights however did not like the hassle of taking back an item three times. Light #34015 Will no longer look for this company on shelf.

Good evening I purchased several sets of the 8 pack deck & stair light sets #0357101 in 2014 and out of 20 lights a had to replace 5 this year. I went to Lowes and Home Depot. Today looking for some to replace the 5 with. They don't carry them any more. Do you know were I can get some more of the lights around Portland , ORegon?

I purchased your Allan and Roth ventilated shelf kit and now I need 6 more brackets to hold the shelf on the wall. You no longer make brackets individually and I have tried to find them in all my local stores and there are none available. Can you please help me find 6 of the mahogany or metal brackets . I have 3 more shelves I would like to mount that need the 16" brackets.

This has been frustrating because I can not find any brackets from any manufacture that fit your shelving .

Hi there,

We purchased last year an Allen Roth outdoor fireplace from Lowes in Canada. $499 +tax. This product is horrible. It has rusted from the inside out. Pieces of the fake stone have fallen off. I'm extremely upset especially with how much we paid and we didn't even get a full year of use. I thought we would get a few years of use not a few months. I bought $8000 of RA sheer blinds. one of the blinds is not retracting well. The regional blinds customer service lady came out and helped s get it replaced. However i have another issue called and left 3 voicemail's over 10 days and no response back.

Hello,
My wife and I purchase a lot of the Allen & Roth products from Lowes and have always had great luck and numerous compliments. We purchased a hand soap dispenser and tooth brush holder to match the Boardwalk bath set that we purchased. The hand soap dispenser and tooth brush holder were Mitchel and looked great, but have now started to rust. I'm not sure how to proceed.
I also have two light fixtures I need glass globe replacements for. The first is above my sink and is item number 0590940 I over tightened it after I cleaned it and it broke. I also have two patio lights that are starting to really rust and are only a year old. I'm not sure where/how to get the item number.
