They took $10 for 5 minutes for 5 calls, I thought it was the network not until when I check my acct and discovered that, 50 dollars was being deducted by rebtels. Please that is bad and is no way I could contact the company. 50 dollars for 25 minutes, each time I call for 5 min they took $10 I just know it was network for 5 good times. Please again bad and please provide s with a number that we can call in case of any eventuality....

I have been a Rebtel customer for a while now. Recently my Mobile Phone broke and I had to replace it with a new phone. However, my Phone number did not change. I have a balance of $15.17 on my account I am not able to place any calls as I sally did with my old phone. I have even requested a new pin which was sent to me. However, each time I put in the pin, I am told that it is incorrect.
please fix this

I request that you reverse the unauthorized subscription charges of $15 debited to my account ending in 7251.
I'm not at this time interested in renewing the special deal subscription and I don't remember giving permission for direct automatic charges to my account.

I am totally disappointed about your network. AT&T charging me for your data.. Meaning your data rolling over to their data. I'm not interested in your service. I've gone through this same problem previously. Just try to fix data rollover other network services. Your company ripping customers off.

My name is Agatha Benson. I bought credit $15.00. AT&T charging me for your data. This is 2nd problem I encountered with Rebtel. For this problem I am deactivating my service with Rebtel. I don't want use your service and same time being charge by AT&T.
Please, try to fix your data rollover AT&T and other phone companies.

I downloaded the Rebtel App on Wednesday evening 8/10/16 because I needed to make a call to PNG. I bought 14 mins worth for 10 dollars and I never even got to make my call and it said my mins were done. What do I need to do to get my reimbursement ASAP please!

I started using Rebtel from last week, there was a charge of $10 deducted from my account today. I haven't subscribed for any plan, But still without my confirmation amount got deducted from my account. Please help to refund my amount back. I'm planning for other subscriptions. It was clearly mentioned in the first time users "saying that, auto renewal will not be done" until unless use subscribed for any plan. Still the amount got deducted. I don't know the reason why rebtel charged.

On the 7/11/2016 I purchased credit on this number +1 (484) 756-0437 and since then rebtel keep charging my account $10 every 3 days. Starting from the 7/25, 7/28, 7/30 and 8/3

I wonder how and why?
Please refund my money back as soon as possible.

I am not happy with Rebtel products/services. Change your ATM/debit/credit/charging machines/companies/banks who transmits your funds internationally. Stop recurring charges in your bank explanations to customers. I do not appreciate your customer service personnel. They need proper training.

It was advertised that the calling rate was 39.9 cents from the US to Algeria mobile. I used the service and was making calls for months till I realized that Rebtel was charging over twice what's advertised. This is a crooked business so beware of their dishonesty. There are hundreds of service providers as well as apps that you may use, so please stay away..
