Her mother Andrea was a One-time marketing executive and father Scott Kingsley Swift was a financial adviser. He is the first born child of her parents and has a younger brother, named Austin. She did her schooling from Alvernia Montessori School. When she was young she learned horse riding and later won many races also. She developed a keen interest in country music; her inspiration was Shania Twain and Dixie Chicks. During her school days she had won a poetry competition, which developed her skills of song writing, her first wrote song was “Lucky You”.
