Roseanne Barr can be called as Roseanne Cherrie Barr or Roseanne Arnoldwas born on November 3, 1952 in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States to Helen and Jerome Hershel Barr. She belongs to a Jewish family. Since from her very childhood Barr has suffered health issues, at the age of 3, she got Bell’s palsy and at an age of 16, she met with a car accident, the outcome of which was a traumatic brain injury. She started showing changes in behaviour and was sent to Utah state hospital for 8 months; there she conceived a baby and put that up for adoption. In 1970 Barr left her home for Colorado by putting up an excuse of visiting a friend for few days and never showed her face again.
Professional Career
Barr started her career as stand-up comedian at local clubs in Denver & Colorado. Barr’s claim to fame is her popular sitcom “Roseanne” which made her well known television figure and celebrity, “Roseanne” aired from 1988 to 1997. It won her many awards “Emmy, Golden Globe, Kid’s Choice Award.

Roseanne Barr in her life married 3 times. First in 1974 to Bill Pentland in Colorado, both together had 3 children Jessica, Jennifer and Jake, they got divorced in 1990 after being together for 16 years.
Barr married 2nd time in 1990 to a Comedian Tom Arnold, he marriage survived only 4 years and ended in 1994.
She got married 3rd time to her personal body guard Ben Thomas in 1995. They together have a son named Buck. This marriage lasted till 2002.
At present Barr is in relationship with Johnny Argent, they live in Hawaii.
