Early life
Roger Federer was born on August 8, 1981 in Basel, Switzerland. His father Robert Federer and mother Lynette Federer both worked as Pharmaceutical company employee. He is the youngest child to his parents and has one elder sister named Diana. Federer was grew up and raised around French and German borders on places Birsfeldon, Riehen etc. From the very childhood, Federer was interested in watching and playing sports, he played football, badminton, basketball etc. Federer started playing tennis at young age. At the age of ten, his coach was Adolf Kacovsky. At the age of 14, he won Wimbledon Junior singles championship.
