Kathmandu University
Kathmandu University is a Nepali public institution that was established in 1991.
The motto of this institution is “Quality Education for Leadership”. The founders of this university are Suresh Raj Sharma.
The Chancellor of this university is the Prime Minister of Nepal in June 2018. It located in the city of Dhulikhel, Nepal.
It is the oldest university in the country. There are international scholarships available in the University for the Countries like United States, Australia, Europe, Japan, and Canada.
This institute is known for its engineering studies all over the country. They have ranked in the first position in Nepal on a constant basis.

The Centre for Buddhist Studies run by Kathmandu University in a partnership with RanjungYeshe Institute.
Here, the students can learn about Buddhist Studies and Himalayan languages.
Additionally, they also own the Kathmandu University High School that operated from their main premises.
