Both phone & Internet have been down since Tuesday, 12/04/16. The company promised to visit on Thursday but didn't.

I have been trying to contact my family in Dallas Castle However the line is down. I know I have been paying the bills each month and yet. It's impossible to be able to use for the services. Please fix and resolve these consistent problem that occurred each month.

Afternoon,

i am contacting yourself with regards to the poor service that my mother and myself has encountered.

It is now 3 months that we are without a telephone service in the area of sandy bay, may pen Clarendon. There has not been no apology or any real reasoning to this. I am sure if was business line this would be rectified ASAP! To add insult to injury an invoice has been issue for none active service.

We need this service to be activated immediately, with a reason and compensation for poor communication and no service provided.

We have the phone line as an emergency contact and you have not even provided us with an alternative arrangement.

I look forward to your prompt response.
