The hotel chain operates as the subsidiary of the Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, an American holding company based in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, United States. Clyde Guinn is the President of the Days Inn Worldwide. The slogan of the company is “The Best Value under the Sun”.

The hotel chain operates their locations in three different brands such as Days Inn and Days Inn & Suites, Days Hotel and Days Suites. The Days Suites consists of all suits whereas Days Hotel is the full service brand located in the high traffic and large cities. Some locations of the Days Inn have rooms whereas other has rooms mixed with suites.
History
The hotel chain was established in 1970 by Cecil B. Day when he opened first location in Tybee Island, Georgia, United States whereas in 1972, the company began franchising hotels. Within eight years, they created a
system of more than 300 hotels in countries such as United States, Canada and Mexico.
