Allegheny Power was an American utility company who had offered their services in the states of West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The company was established on 31st January 1907 and get acquired by FirstEnergy in 2010. The merger between Allegheny Power and FirstEnergy was completed for an undisclosed amount on 25 February 2011.
