When it got started?
The company is active since 1949 when it got started by Henry Taub in Paterson, New Jersey. At present, it is headquartered in Roseland, New Jersey. Henry Taub discovered automatic payrolls, Inc. with his brother Joe Taub.
Later Frank Lautenberg also became a partner in the company. Soon they started using punched card machines, check printing machines and mainframe computers becoming public in 1961. The company managed to expand its business acquiring Time Sharing Limited in 1974 and Cyphernetics in 1975.
It was in 1985 when they exceeded the $1 billion mark of
annual revenue by responding to over 20% U.S. workforce. In 1998, they acquired Chessington Computer Centre followed by Kerridge Computer Co. Ltd in 2006. Recently they went for WorkMarket in January 2018 and for Celergo in August 2018.
