Issue of charger

Melissa Olivares says: My next book charger over heated within an hour of plugging it in to a wall outlet, and it melted and completely destroyed the charger and outlet. I have had it for under a year and the warranty states I can be reimbursed for such an inconvenience. I have gone half a semester without a charger for the next book tablet and it is hard to manage without.

Hi, my name is Gary and I bought (sorry my other letter doesn't work on my keyboard); anyway got a laptop from Walmart in Paris, Ky backon Feb 29 2016; it was the Nextbook laptop with detachable keyboard; it was like $ 200; anyway after 3 1/2 months of hardly not playing with it at all, it wont charge; the charger or charging port is defected; Walmart told me I only had 90 days ret policy; I wold like for you guys to email me back what i need to do to get another tablet and charger; that's crap that this thing didn't last more than that length of time. I don't even know if I have the receipt anymore. Please respond ASAP as this wold be greatly appreciated. (Again, I do know how to spell but my keyboard on this computer letter (the one after t and before v) don't work.). Thanks

Need to return a Textbook, to no avail. Cannot get through. I've had a ticket number for 2 weeks. Need it repaired but they make it very hard.

My husband got the red edition next book 2 in 1.the 10.1 with Windows 8.1.it was run good until did some kinda update then when was done with the update it delete everything so the only thing is my computer come on all I see is next book and trying to load but then said in Gray box installed Windows .. Please help I have receipt and box.

Hello I purchased a Nextbook from Walmart in North Smithfield, RI and we had to return it because it wasn't working properly, but now the charge port won't work so Walmart told us we has a 90 day Warranty on it, but now I can't get through to Customer Support I have dialed 1 888 516 5177 and no answer I need to return this laptop and get another one please give me a call or an email on what I need to do to obtain a new laptop Thxs
