Issue of making it to main screen

I received my tablet Monday. I down loaded 2 apps, they keep booting me out. So I deleted them, but the icons will not leave my home screen. Then it will keep trying to load the games. I've called the customer service number and answer. Also, I have questions over the 50.00 coupon that was included with it. There is also an additional 10.00 credit on my account.
Please advise. I'm very excited to get to know my new toy.

I have a brand new 9"tablet. I have spent the past 3 days trying to get my email address loaded and accepted. The nit allows me to enter my data but then stays on the screen stating "Loading". Then I need to turn off the tablet. Help please.

I keep trying to sign into my tablet and it tells me "wrong password."I don't know why it is fighting me, I set the password yesterday, but may have miss keyed it somehow. This has rendered my tablet worthless. Is there some way to fix this, or do I need to get a new one? If I have no way of getting into the tablet, I wasted 60 dollars. I hope you can help me. As of yesterday, my X10 suddenly (3 months old) stopped playing You Tube videos, They come up on the screen but go no farther.
I have already cleared cache and cookies,and notifications - as well as installed the latest You Tube upgrade.

Bought 2 tablets. One green and blue one, the other was pink and blue. They both suddenly stopped charging. Breaks my kid's hearts. Especially my 8 yr old autistic son. He absolutely loved his tablet. Just want someone to tell me what i need to do to get the issue fixed.

I bought 5 of your 7" tablets for my kids and two of the five have settings issues I can't access the security settings and every time I try to delete an app it restarts I have tried restoring it to factory settings but the problem still persists please help me with my problem thanks.

Is there any way to turn the power on music off? It is a huge distraction in class and I keep getting yelled at and threatened to have it taken away again. Also it wakes up my family in the morning. I have an Irulu Victory 3.

Hi, i try calling on several occasions and left messages concerning my tablet that I recently purchased this past November know one has returned my calls. I believe my tablet is still under warranty the screen is completely black so I'd like to have it replaced or fixed if someone can get back to me on how I should go about doing this I would very much appreciate it this was a gift for my daughter for Christmas so I'm not very impressed I've been promising her since Christmas that I would have it fixed for her ASAP but it's kind of hard to do so when no one wants to get back to me thank you and have a good day you can also reach me by phone 403-680-8003 Tracy.

I have sent in December a tablet that have a ear jack problem. I have not heard any response concerning this issue. I have tried everything I could to get an answer to this problem. You can still hear sound while you are wearing the earphones. It would be very appreciative if I could get a response as soon as possible. Either send the tablet repaired, or send the money back. I just received your tablet. There is no DC power charger included. I tried to call yo customer sport center, It said the support hour is 17-24 hr eastern time. But nobody answered. I need somebody to call me at 650-400-1591 ASAP. Otherwise I would have to report to ebay about your company.

By the way, The letter can not be typed on this comment box. It works fine when I type you company name for your web address.

I bought an UTILITY tablet for my nephew for school for Christmas. As we had to move shortly thereafter and are finally settled, I opened up the package and read directions and charged the tablet fully before using. Once I turned it on I realized that the touchscreen does not work. I cannot tap swipe anything to make it work. How do I get this fixed?

I have a Irulu tablet & there is a little recording symbol at the top of screen & when I push it it says it is recording although I don't know what. I can't get it to go away or stop recording either. Can you help me get the icon off my screen? Thanks

When I turn my Wi-Fi on it allows me to connect to my network home network however is at some point a little bit later in the bars of the top go grey and I have to reconnect to my home number I don't have any sleep it functions turned on that I know how do I keep my 10 inch connected 100% of the time to my mobile hotspot

I bought a baby tablet for my daughter and immediately was frustrated for so many reasons that I put it in a drawer and forgot about it! I might as well had thrown money in the trash. The taskbar never goes away so a baby can't play anything without hitting it and messing it up. It constantly freezes up or just glitches out. It stops working or cannot run properly. I will go and buy something that works for my little girl now! Dissapointed in this purchase.

Needed to exchange a tablet that i just got because it doesn't work. Got it shipped back to them yesterday and was told to call the 1800 # with the tracking # as soon as the post office accepted it (was told this would expedite my exchange). Well, i called 3 times yesterday and left voice mails each time during their business hours. No answer or reply yet. Called again today. Still haven't been able to reach anyone.

I bought a tablet online several months ago and it has never worked right. I put it up for awhile and recently tried it again. I've charged it but it will not come on. Would love to return it for one that works. The only number I found on it is: S/N:X1779DM1411041E.

I purchased a irulu tablet but i am having trouble dowloading apps. I been trying for couple of days now and all it says is trouble server connecting to google servers try again and I do various times, days and always the same message. I tried sending an email to irulu sales and no response as well as contacting the customer service number no answer and it has a voice mail of a girl saying " this is Ireli leave a message'' i dont even think its the right number. My 10in. tablet is not charging. Has been great until this morning. I removed the charger to use my tablet. It had been charging all night. I looked at the battery icon. It was very low. My tablet keeps prompting me to plug it up. To charge it.i checked the battery status. It said battery was low connect charger. I need my tablet for almost everything. What do i need to do? I have purchased a tablet a few months ago and was not able to get passed authentication problem I became so frustrated that I did use my tablet I have tried again to connect and ran into the same problem. I called my wifi customer service and they ran a diagnostic and it was not the problem they said the problem is with the tablet please help I need this for a small business thank you kindly barbara (401) 298-0225
