Today the 30-12-2016 they switched our DSTV off We switched it on at great expense because they say we were arrears for 2 weeks as we only wanted 2 weeks and since then it shows arrears which is incorrect. We have always paid in full and on time. I'm very disappointed in your service and will not hesitate to tell any one what I think of your device. I think its a disgrace .

Every Dstv customer, Dstv or multi choice guys behave like tsotsis. I was paying compact but I was always paying more than R345. I phoned them to downgrade family, they said pay again for compact first then the following month you can pay family. When it was time to pay family, they sent a message to pay R217, but after 2 days they sent another message to pay around R370, but I paid R220. The second month of paying family, they sent a message to pay R468, I paid R220, and they closed the channel. I called them, they said you were on compact, I told them that I downgraded, they said yes we can see your request for downgrade but the system shows compact. After 15 minutes, I told them can you call me back as I don't have airtime? They said we don't call customer. After they said and kept me on hold and started playing music until my airtyme finished. They never come back to me until now.

Warning: Use debit order to pay Dstv at your on risk, its your responsibilty to contact them as they may take more than necessary, since they always ask for more.

After a lot of inconvenience and financial cost, I managed to be reconnected. How is this possible if access to my account is monitored. The amount charged for your service is too high for my contract which means that multi choice is debiting an amount that they are not legally entitled to. I would like these two points to be investigated and a report and apology issued to myself as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in the SAP Fraud division being contacted to investigate this case.

Since two weeks ago, I am facing a problem with receiving some channels such as Kyknet and MNet perfect. Please assist.

Hello, My Dstv got disconnected last week. I received a message informing me that my Dstv owes R23. I then paid R70 but it started losing channels on it and then finally disconnecting. The transaction id is 889866303 and on name Reginald Moyo with reference number 56542060. Kindly assist.

We have a fault on Dstv and the error that comes up is no signal. My DSTV account is of debit order so it cannot be as result of no payment. Is there an issue in the Pretoria East area, Constantia Park? My Cell number is 0832691***.

I went to pay my Dstv account and was told that I must come with my receipt as it cannot process my payment. I asked where I can get that receipt. The lady didn't replied and now my account is suspended. I have to pay reconnection fee, this is so stupid. Where I am suppose to get the receipt?

We have got DSTV in Guinea since 4 years and we have got a big complaint concerning the service here in Conakry. Everytime DSTV forgets to update our status when we pay Friday for our new monthly premium package with French channels (100 euro more or less). So we have to call him on Friday evening because there was no signal and then he promises us to arrange it by Saturday. Often on Saturday it still doesn't work and then the shops closed for the weekend and he doesn't answer his phone anymore. So no television during the weekend. So most of the time it's already Monday when we have to go to his shop again to get the problem fixed. He never pays us back the days we have lost and that happens almost 9 out of 10 times. So we hope you can do something for us return some money back or give us a month for free at least. Now it is 13 hours, I paid yesterday at 11 hours and it still does not work.

I bought my decoder in April and installation was also done in April. Everything was doing fine until Tuesday 20/09/2016 when Dstv was playing fine in the morning but at mid-day it went off and it gave me an error message by saying no signal or due to bad weather but the sun was shinning bright outside. I called at your call center but I didn't get any joy at all, even now its still not playing and I am paying for nothing. Your service is very bad and I only enjoyed your programs for 6 months only. I am going to take you to ombudsman as this is not acceptable at all.

Hi my name is sbusiso I’ve receive a balance of r185 of which I don’t understand because I only know I’m paying an r100 a month only. And in august i did not ask for you to add channels but I saw that you put more of which I did not ask. That’s why I come to multi-course you ask them to cut some channels because I couldn’t pay that amount I can afford to pay r100 a month. I’m not happy about that.
