Hopefully, all would be fine at your end. Sir, I have purchased three files of Phase-9 Pindi from market in 2004 at high prices when phase-9 was very hot in the market. Later on Bahria management asked to merge these files in Phase-8 and I applied to merge the files. I have been allotted plot number 1482 in sector L of Phase-8. Later on in 2013, I have paid all the installments including development charges. There was a surcharge of Rs. 124,495/- because of the late payments of the installment. I have given the application to Bahria management on 25-10-2013 to waive the surcharge amount or to reduce it which was received by the bahria management in Lahore office and was sent to the Rawalpindi office (copy attached). Because I am living outside the country, I could not pursue the case. Now recently, when I asked my file to check about the status of my plot, I was told that it has been cancelled because of non-payment of surcharge. Sir, this is totally injustice to cancel the plot while all the installments including development charges have been paid and there was no reply.

Sir I often helps others financially and in other forms but now a patient of cancer has came to me. Doctors have asked him for operation as he is suffering from mouth cancer due to gutka though he has stopped eating this for a period of time. He has young kids and there is no one to support him. His treatment expense is in lacs and after 2 or 3 days he will be operated if he deposits the amount.
