He is right now playing for Chennai Super Kings. He otherwise only plays domestic cricket, In 2012, he made his triple century by scoring 327, the second highest by a Maharashtra batsman even in Ranji Trophy, against Uttar Pradesh at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.
