Early Life
Gal was born on 30th April 1985 in Petah Tikva, Israel to Irit and Michael Gadot. She was raised in the neighbouring city of Rosh HaAyin with her younger sister.
In schooling, she has done her major in biology in high school and later attended IDC Herzliya College to study law and international relations.
Before going for an acting and modeling career she worked in different jobs like babysitting and at Burger King.
Career
She started her career in modeling at the age of 18 and won the title of Miss Israel in 2004 and then competed for Miss Universe 2004 in Ecuador.
She was overloaded with the offers from local model agencies and some European ones but she moved on for a two-year service in Israel Defense Forces as a combat instructor.
She also starred for advertising companies of Captain Morgan, Jaguar cars, Gucci fragrances, and Vine Vera skincare products plus made a presence on various covers of Glamor, Bride magazine, FHM, and Cosmopolitan.
In 2007, she acted for drama series of Israeli production, Bubot and her film debut occurred with the fourth film of the Fast and Furious franchise as Gisele which later continued in further sequels having the character being linked to Han Seoul-Oh romantically.
She even gave her appearances in films like Date Night (2010) and Knight and Day (2010).
In 2013, she got the role of comic character Wonder Women in film, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice but the film was released in 2016.
She then got the same role in solo film Wonder Women (2017) and Justice League (2017) finally giving her worldwide fame. She is now busy with some upcoming projects.
Achievements
In 2018, she was included in the list of 100 most influential people in the world by Time and has also received the 2018 Saturn Award under Best Actress category for playing the title role in film Wonder Women (2017).

She got married to Yaron Varsano, a real estate developer in 2008 and is blessed with two beautiful daughters.
