I was over charged for a ride this past Saturday. You took $11.00 from my account and then returned it. And then you charged my account with $53.58. The driver told me an estimate of $10.00. Hi, first off you list a phone number that tells you to use the web. I had 1 simple question and now have to go through this long version and then wait for the response. I recently started using über due to knee surgery and am now permitted to drive. I thought I might like to be an über driver, but was told there might be vehicle restrictions. I just had a very scary interaction with an irate Ber driver while in my own car. As I was backing into sparking spit the driver pull into the spot. Almost hit him and honked. He started yelling at me when I got out of the car to talk to him. I am 5'2" and had my child with me. He told me to "suck his dick" among other things. He then tried to scare me by driving into me and coming within inches of my knees. He then sped away yelling Explicaves. My daughter was with me! He drives a black Mercedes and the licence plate is 6vow309. I use uber all the time in SF and abroad. I do not feel safe calling an uber after this Experience SF. The way he over reacted in such a dangerous way gives me pause. My fear as that he would be my driver if I were to order an uber in the future.

Please give me some clarity on how the surge pricing works. I was charged 108.00 from Edison to Irvington. I took the same ride on Friday and paid $29 and some change. I have a complaint..Monday a Lil after 2 pm had requested an uber. it said an uber should be arrived an 7 minutes.. I was outside waiting way before that.. the driver call saying he was outside when I've been waiting for more than the time and I ask him where are you cause I'm outside waiting and GE said OK I'm turning around.. wait another 5 min nothing. I am wondering why my card was charged over 40 dollars for a uber ride that my daughter ordered this morning about 3 am when the ride to where she was going only charged her like 17. Then the one to return home was over 40.00 which is out rehouse and would like an explanation.

I was erroneously charged $10 for a cancellation of services for which I never requested apparently an Uber driver received a call from my account but I never requested it because I didn't need it at the time I was actually in my car driving and wasn't even home so when he cancelled it I got charged $10 and I need to get this cancellation fee waived. My number is 424-251-1885 please contact me if you have any questions and please reimburse me for the $10 I was charged since I never requested the uber service

On May 5, 2016 at noon I ordered an bet car to take me to LAX. First, addresses in my neighborhood kept popping p and it was difficult to type in my address: .... Luanda St., LA, CA 90039. Finally it took and I was told all was OK and the correct able spot turned p. Driver was to be there in 8 min. then 5, then back to 8, then 4, then back to 8. I could see the car riding around on Griffith Park Blvd. and Hyperion. After 45 min of this I panicked, there was no way to communicate with the driver or anybody. My flight and a 4,000 Dollar trip were on the line. After 45 min. of this game going on, I was lucky to get an Independent Taxi service and paid 80 backs to barely catch my flight.
What was going on? What is to be done in this situation?

I lost an item in one of the cars driven by a person named Harmohan yesterday at 11:02 in a toyota Camry in NYC to hicksville, long island... first two letters of the license plate is T5. A $100 cleaning fee was charged on someone account that had paid my uber ride. I had spilled less than 2 ounces of my sons milk on the seat that had went through my purse. The fee seems exaggerated. I would be happy to pay the fee. The driver should have to submit a receipt for the amount not what the driver thinks it should be charged.

I'm notifying someone because I've completed all my paperwork to become a driver and I keep receiving text messages saying complete my screening. But upon completion of submitting everything it said Congratulations and I would be notified once all documents are approved. Please let me know what's going on.

Not savvy with computers or smart phone. Now I have an app on my smart phone. I wanted to research the cost effectiveness of the service. I was not permitted to enter start point or end destination point so I knew the cost of my trip for tomorrow. Instead, a driver shows at my door. I explained what happen and he did not have contact information to reach corporate and correct and resolve this matter. Will someone please contact and help correct this matter?

I was charged a fee in the driver cancelled not me he couldn't find the address even though he was just a few blocks up from me so I got charged the time that he spent trying to find a location not my problem that his GPS wasn't working and I also don't like that I cannot talk to a representative please can you fix this issue and put my money back into my account thank you I guess it's time for me to start looking for a new ride like (lift)?

Standing outside of the hospital with a broken ankle, I called for a ride. The driver never shows up. I call and find he's going to my destination not my pickup location. He says he waited for 2 mins & I never arrived. EXCUSE ME!!! I was at the location when I ordered the car, as I couldn't get around very well. I told the driver to cancel the order. The order was still active, so I canceled it. I ordered another car, which had no problems finding me. Now I'm being charged for the car that never arrived.
This needs to be fixed!!!

I was overcharged by about $40 on my last ride to the airport. please call me tomorrow. You answering machine says I'll get a call back in a timely manner with a flippant tone in her voice. I will disputed the charge on my credit card if I don't hear from you tomorrow. I will be voting for or against über on May 7.

I requested an uber as you always do at 4 am after I get off Work.. A big Cadillac pulled up and I went home.. When I looked at the receipt my is up 5.50$ tinned into 38.50$.. He said I requested a luxury.. And I DID NOT! So how do I get this taken care of?
