Tonight, I ordered an Uber pool at 8:00 and I was tracking it and it never moved. They said it was dropping someone off. Then 15 minutes goes by and I see it passes me.

I call the contact and he said his ride is full. I asked him why did you expect my ride. He then started giving me attitude and said he will call me back. All I asked was if he remove me so that I don't get charged for a cancellation. He said he can't and hung up on me.

He arrived late and was rude to me and to the passengers in the car. I just got off work and this was the worst experience of my life with Uber. I want my money back and this guy to be reported. I typed my destination address into the app (3010 w catalpa ave. Chicago) and the app brought my driver and myself to the wrong place with 20 blocks away. We were in the 4700 block of catalpa instead I was then charged additionally for my driver to be lost and drive around until he found the right place 15 minutes away, and I missed my appointment. I am not paying for this ride because the uber app/map error.

Now when I tried and transfered money to my debit card, I keep getting error messages that my information is incorrect. My driver picked me up at the Harlem/Irving Mall. I told him to take Mannheim straight north, well about two blocks from the mall. He told me that he is going to follow some app on his phone instead of listening to me. My destination was 1301 Lee St in Desplaines. We were way over in Bensenville and no where close to my destination. He actually argued me by stating that I put in the wrong destination address. I told he needed to turn around or find a quick route back where I was supposed to be. Well because of his blatant refusal to list in to my directions my trip cost me over $25 instead of just $12.82 that was orginally estitmated to be. I deserve a refund or at least a partial one. Maybe your drivers listen to the customers from now on.

I ordered a ride this morning at 7:38 am pick up 5888 n. Ridge Ave destination 840 w. Argyle ST estate time went from 4 minutes to 18 minutes with no confirmation from you, so needless to say after waiting 20 minutes I gave up and attempted to cancel the service but the page kept reading error. I lost my camera in wrong uber Today at Skydeck (Willis tower Chicago) at 4:12 pm my uber was FITZROY he was driving at Cambry but before take Fitzroy uber I got in in a wrong cambry Toyota (silver or white 2015 - 2016) at the same place and time. I wanted to visit one of your sessions location, but i can't go to any of them because i'm working during the day. I get out of work at 5:30 pm during the week and on Saturdays i get out around 1:15 pm or 1:30 pm. I am a Security Guard and plan on working part-time for Uber. Cannot use uber because you say card is invalid. I have updated my card 2 xs and I still get the same message. This has gone on for about 1 wk! I will have to switch companies if this is not fixed. Been with uber for more than 1 year. Please fix this or tell me what I need to do further or I will have to change companies. I need this service!!

Last night I ordered a ride and the driver did not see me, he went to the grocery store instead of the food place also named lindo michoacan and I was charred no show fee of $5. Please refund that amount to my account. Also I shared uber add to my Facebook and I have not received $15.

I used the Uber app on Tuesdays, July 26th to request an Uber. The driver had difficulty finding my location and sent me a text cancelling my pick up request. I was charged $5 for a ride that I did not receive nor cancel. I don't think that is fair and I would like a refund.

I have only see bier once and that was on a friend's credit card. I have tried to sign up several times but I give up and take a taxi.There is simply no way that I can edit the number of my credit card.You have my old credit card number which was lost a half year ago.I dropped that credit card because it may be stolen. I am disputing a fare from 5 /30,I tried requesting an uber x and was never sent a driver iiD or a fare amount.The normal fare was approximate 50.00. I was ready to give but a driver came out and asked if I was Tom. So I took the ride, and find out that I was in an uber black and charged 255.00. I put a stop on this payment, I never saw a surcharge of 4 times the amount . I would be willing to pay 2 times, or 100.00 to settle this disputed fare

My husband dropped his keys in one of your uber cars and now she's asking for $25 to drop the keys off. Our car motor blew out and that's why we using your services. I would never expect that your company will be asking for money like that. My son uses your services daily and I'm going to make sure he changes to Lyft.
