Dominic says: Stealth 420x won't charge. It just randomly stopped charging. The head set will turn on and work properly just have low battery so I turned it off. It is less then a year old.

Kevin says: I bought the Ear force stealth 350vr headset at gamestop. I originally went in to buy the Xo seven headset but they did have it in stock. The clerk recommended the 350vr headset for the PS4, he said its was universal and it will work on my xbox one. I just wanted to know if that was true before I open the box. So I know if I should get my money back and buy a different headset.

Please contact me as soon as possible. I am tired of waiting for a 100$ dollar headset to work, turtle beach px24 obtained in mid 2016, opened in september 2016 but mic isn't recognized. Audio/mic splitter obtained from products website still not working. Please solve the issue.

Hi I purchased a turtle beach stealth 500p for my PS4 and the Mic just stopped working I have had it a while and thought there was nothing I could do about it till someone told me they got a replacement so I thought I'd get in touch if you can get back to me sometime I'd very much appreciate it thanks.

Hi y name is Anthony Cardone at exactly 7/22/15 I had bought a headset from Gamestop. An EARFORCE PX4 it has stopped working the other day and I tried contacting you but your offices were closed I called the customer support and the technology department support and nothing can be resolved this was a birthday gift for me and I had nothing wrong with it I never dropped it never damaged it I treated it like a baby. When I went to go charge it stopped working I have always used the same charger that came with the set and the same outlet I would greatly appreciate it if you have this problem fixed now! 3055624680.

I have sent my headphones in for replacement weeks and weeks ago and never got a new pair. Emailed the email available and they only reply with will look into it. Your customer service is worse then the product I bought. I want to know who and how I contact a real person

The "Superamp" which came with my PX24 headset does not work, it looks like the charging port is broken on the inside, somehow.
