When I reached home around 12pm, just received an activity job sheet(serial no. 5087_ _ _)saying that house closed. Is that how TM (Telekom Malaysia) staff work or serve the customers? Call 100 again, being confirmed that will get over my problem as soon as possible on 5/11/2016, but now is already 7pm still nobody coming to fit my problem. So is this service usually provides by TM to their customers? Really good service. Main problem should be the technician.

My internet and land line is down by every two months due to cable theft. I have reported to Telekom Sitiawan and the management said they can't do much to rectify this problem. They said that Telekom Sitiawan also faces the same problem.
Inspite of the internet and telephone being inactive for two weeks, I still have to make the full monthly payment. Everytime I make a report, I receive SMS that there is delay in restoring my service. I hope Telekoms could kindly resolve cable theft in Sitiawan and improve their services to the customers.

Really angry with telekom service disruption at my area since August and lately 15/9 to 21/9/16. What the hell, we have been paying full amount off to get this kind of service that gives us problem at business time where we use it importantly and daily. Please compensate us and how can you charge us with full amount? I must take this complaint to consumer tribunal and post it to facebook where people can boycott.

I have received an sms informing my bill (MIJOL TOIJUN) to be paid. However, I have complained numerous time that the telephone at home have not been working (no line, no tone,nothing) for FEW MONTHS already. Yet no action taken. I cannot be paying without using your service. I didn't pay the past month too simply because I just cant use the house phone... it's not usable for months. By the way, I did the usual checking by changing to different telephone set, check cables etc.

I still believe in your company services, so do please take action as soon as these messages and comments being read.

Dear officer in charge,
I would like to make a complaint here. I have reported 3 times to 100 since Tuesday 10th May that my house phone is out of order, each time they took down all details of the phone, but till now my phone is still out of order.
I also don't understand why I asked for report number and they refused to give.
