Asking for gift card

I also placed a phone call. I'd like to cancel my service permanently. My daughter who is under the age of 18 signed me with my credit card. I am sending a shipment back today which was the first one. Please confirm.

Hi I have just noticed my last credit card statement is showing an additional $20.00 charged by stitch fix, in addition to the charge for the items I purchased last month. I took a look back 2 more months and i am seeing the same $20.00 charge every month even though I am purchasing items each time. Can someone fix this for me?

My Stix Fix was scheduled to arrive today (July 14). It's already the evening and I have not received it. As a loyal customer, I make my own scheduled fixes and I purposely make it once a week now on a Thurs. I have a party this weekend and I was looking forward to my fix today.

I purchased one $50.00 gift card on 6/29/16, and paid for it with my Visa. However, my Visa bill seems to be indicating that I have a recurring purchase and will be billed $50.00 every month. This definitely is not the case. I made a one-time purchase for $50.00. The gift code I received at the time of the purchase is MDQQQX6DX. The Visa payment, which was posted on 6/2916, is #054054. This company sucks! I am not a customer, but an employee! This company opened a year ago and no one has gotten a raise! No one can seem to be able to ask for days off because it "may affect production", yet those requests are done months in advance! In reality its because of the lack of accumulated PTO hours, I don't care if I don't get paid if I go on vacation!

The supervisors in the location I work at, they are a joke. They lack authority and show favoritism . People constatntly get trained to move up, yet it never happens.

I had already checked out And this is my first time doing this Stitch fix box and I have a shirt that I liked and I had already paid for and I didn't know what I was suppose to do so i put it in my return bag hoping someone can read my check out part where I said I needed another size. I needed a medium. It was the mia crocheted top I think that's what it was. It was in pink But it was to big on me But I loved it.. And was wondering if you guys can exchange it if it would be shipped alone or with my next box. And if you can't exchange it can you please send it back to me since its already paid for.

I notice my next stitch fix has been cancelled do to a credit card error. And that Stitch Fix tried contacting me several times. I have not been contacted at this time.
This was the first notification that there was a problem with my credit card. I did have one card compromised so I did update my info. Sorry for the inconvenience.

My name is Sami Anderson. I noticed that I was being charged another $20.00 on my credit card for your service fees. I thought I had successfully canceled after I received my first box. I was highly disappointed in the cloths I was sent. They were nothing like I described my style. I can understand and respect your concept. I feel like if it is that hard to be that off then the service is not working for everyone. So I canceled so I thought. Can I please get help canceling my service and also I want a refund. I would also like one for last month since the service was less then I expected.

I called and left a message as well. I am concerned as I joined yesterday 5/20/2016. I got to the end and it took my credit card information etc. I do not recall having a password question and now I can't seem to sign in. I didn't get the return mailing label and so couldn't send the shipment which I didn't like and didn't use. I am charged for them unnecessarily Please and done the mailing receipt and refund me the amount charged.

Hello, I sent a note asking for a phone call. I loved my first Stitch Fix, but asked to have the off the shoulder white shirt a size smaller. I sent the shirt back with a note. The billing was in question as, I wanted all 5 pieces, but needed to exchange the shirt size. I would appreciate a response. My next stitch delivers next week.

The very first time I wore my loveappella Eckert draw string funnel neck sweatshirt the seam in the arm pulled apart. I was not doing anything crazy. I went to the grocery store. My package was damaged during delivery and I was advised to send package back and a new package would be sent. I was charged for one of the items that was damaged and returned !!! I contacted the company twice over email and did not receive a reply.

I am completely disappointed in response time. I am also upset that every time i call stitch fix, i NEVER get an answer. Only a machine, & never a returned call. I want my subscription cancelled (i cancelled it a month ago and still got charged).

My complaint is about you're company's hiring practices. I was trying to get a job in the Phoenix, AS location and I feel I was discriminated because of my age. I am 57. The interviewer looked at my resume, checked the year I graduated and asked me how many days I missed work last year. I told him 3 to 6 days. He said that's unacceptable and dismissed me right away. If I had money, I would sue for age discrimination. I don't think younger candidates get asked that question.
Ps. Currently working doing the same job I applied for and never had a problem compared to my younger coworkers.

Hello I got my fix and I got a pair of pants in a size small (outside tag says large which is why my stylist probably put in my fix but inside rage says small). I probably would like to keep these pants and would keep the whole fix and would like the opportunity to try these pants in a large before sending my fix back. I would want the discount. I am not sure how that works if a piece is sent to me in error. Please instruct on what I should do with my current fix. Should I wait until the black pants are sent to me in a large to make a decision.

Bought a $500 printable gift card that was to be delivered to my e-mail; however, it was never delivered (however, my bank confirms that Stitch Fix charged my credit card.). I sent Stitch Fix repeated e-mails--no response from them; tried calling their customer service number--no response. Because of their lack of attention, I was unable to present the gift card to my wife for her birthday. I am furious!

My Visa was charged $50 for 2 separate email gift cards. One was received and one still has not been sent to me.

PLEASE email me the gift card (code 4WHUXFACT with name Christina). The first gift card was emailed twice. Please correct this error and send the second paid for card with the correct code. Both recipients cannot use the same card with the same code.

SECOND REQUEST -- I SENT AN EMAIL THIS MORNING AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE YET.

I received a message regarding my returns.
This ups package was place in a UPS box located in area code 15126 on Monday November 30th. The box was located in Essex Plaza.
I will expect that my account will not be charged.

I am a single mother of 2 getting no child support and its right before Christmas. I literally can NOT afford to be charged.

I would also like to CANCEL my account at this time as well.

I am very dissatisfied with your company, your service and your products. Particularly the inability to get in touch with anybody in customer service for a response with a quicker than 72 hour turn around. That's ridiculous and if you're serious about being and staying in business you should fix these issues.

I have sent an email which has not been responded to. I have called and left a message also. I sent my bag out on Monday and right after I did it, I realized I did not include a sweater that is way too big. I wanted to send it back before I was charged for it but have not heard back from anybody at Stitch Fix. I have to say this has been a little frustrating and I am considering discontinuing my membership at this point.

Your system will not take ANY of my password changes! I can't even log into my account to send updates without getting a password error. Please do not send me the link to update my password.
