I ordered a package of two shirts, two sweaters and a necklace and I am incredibly furious with this order. NOTHING looks like the pictures and is all in extremely small sizes even when i ordered L and XL. I recently ordered three shirts from the website, (my shipping number was, RWZCA28642) and I paid the absurd price for shipping, ($3.99) As the website says, "Fast fashion" I figured I cold expect my package within the 6-8 days the website promised. However this was not the case. It took days after expected and two weekends to finally receive my small order. I am very disappointed by my first experience with the store. Ordered several items and bought extra to get free express delivery (5-8 days) waited two weeks for them to come. When they arrived I was very disappointed the jeans although they said a medium were so small I couldn't even get one leg in them. I have received my items. However the sizes and measurements are off. I would like to return them and receive a full refund.

First of all, I have tried to call the customer service number a numerous amount of times and it kept hanging up. Second of all, I received an order about 2 weeks ago and I tried it on Once, the Zipper was a little stuck. A couple of days later I wanted to wear it and I tried to pull the zipper up and it broke down immediately. I don't want a refund I just want a new one, and if I could get it in a different size since it already broke that would be great also. But if not I will get it in the same size.

You people make it so hard to return something. I have been trying to get a ticket number for days! Just to send something back and get a refund for 1 of the items that doesn't fit my daughter. you really should get more customer friendly. I will never let my daughter order from this site again and I will pass it on to friends and family!

The quality of the items I received are awful. I can buy better quality products at the 99 cents store. Never wasting my money on this site again. The items look nothing like how they are displayed on the model. I understand the look different on different people however, these items look nothing like what I ordered. I have never been so disappointed with something that I've purchased online until I received this package. No where on the site do you have a customer service section. That's not right at all . I want something to be done about this. I want a full refund. I'm expecting an email.

I ordered my items on February 5th, and my packaged shipped the 6th. When I checked FedEx it said it went from NJ to Rocklin, CA, then to Roseville. I checked today it said the label had just been made. How long is my package going to take when I ordered it over a week ago? standard shipping is said to be for 7 days, so why is it taking so long?

I am really angry abot this companies qality and response to emails . Goods spposidly large or free size woldnt even fit 12byear old .state they respond in 24 hr i waiting three days and still no reply

I ordered several items early December and did not receive my package until December 24th. Then to my dismay all of the items were not the right measurements, materials or look that they had appeared on the website. I am not happy with my order and would like to return these items.

I have placed an order since 11/30, it was paid and status said shipped. It's already 2 weeks i still did not receive my package yet. The tracking number provided is not a working tracking #. I need to know what has happened to my package that was paid for!
